Recently had to take in our 2012 Passat for a new

Recently had to take in our 2012 Passat for a new ignition cylinder. There was some confusion/miscommunication regarding the availability of the part(s) and when they would be off of backorder. Given the age of the vehicle and the uncertainty of parts delivery, we decided not to move forward with the repairs. Since the part ordered was specific to the vehicle, I was originally going to be charged for the part. However, I spoke with the Service Director, John Cappa, and explained the situation. John was very receptive to my concerns with being charged for the part and rectified the situation beyond my expectations. I have always been happy with the repair services at Napleton's and greatly appreciate John's going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

We were referred to Napleton VW specifically -- facilitated by VW Corporate Customer Service to recover a bad experience with the brand, and to regain and rebuild trust in the brand quality and service excellence we've had for 30+ years. We were greeted warmly by Sales Director Jonathan Mella, who collaborated seamlessly throughout our experience with Salesman Kevin Montalvo. Our experience ultimately culminated in our leasing a brand new, beautifully appointed, Midnight Sun Tiguan SE with the perfect light grey interior (my #1 choice!). Throughout our exceptional leasing experience, every staff member with whom we interacted (or observed) was courteous, cheerful, solutions-oriented -- and they worked together seamlessly like a true supportive, practiced team... a thoroughly different Sale Floor vibe than "that other place". We are now the proud family members of Napleton's satisfied customers, and grateful to this entire dealership and VW Corporate for caring enough about loyal customers AND their brand promises to work to make a bad situation right, in all ways. Jose Mendez, new manager from parts has done a incredible

Jose Mendez, new manager from parts has done a incredible job, I’ve been waiting for my GTI steering wheel replacement for 8 months, called yesterday the dealership to have updates of when the part will arrive because nobody has reach me back for updates. I ask to speak to a manager, he told me he just got the position on August and was busy working with a lot other situations just like mines. In less than 24 hours he got a new steering wheel deliver to the dealership and I’m getting mines replace, just like that. This is what the dealerships of VW need, that is customer service at his best! Thank you Jose Mendez!

Great New car purchasing experience

Everyone I came into contact with at Napelton’s of Orlando conducted themselves professionally and treated me with respect, especially my sales representative “Knee”. If you need a VW look no further than Napelton’s of Orlando!! The buying process went smoothly and when I decided to cancel the extended warranty a couple days after the purchase they happily refunded the extra money that I payed for it, thanks Napelton’s!!

Horrible Dealership/Shady

Horrible dealership! The only bright spot was the awesome sales person Ben. Was held hostage for almost 2 hours with a finance guy who said he was not letting me leave without the warranty. He told me that my deductible would be $100, lies the deductible is $500. They stated it is with APEX however when I called APEX they had no record. Found out its with a company called Endurance they said this warranty totally is from and paid to dealer so I would have to speak to them about a refund. Called dealership spoke w a guy who said his name is Roman and if I didn't have it in writing I can't prove it and it's slander. I called back and was told no one named Roman works there! They said it's 100 ded if I bring car there for service only! It's VW. I BOUGHT A BMW!!

Great dealership! Our salesman, Adeniyi Okunlola was fabulous! He is knowledgeable about the cars and explains features clearly. He is a polite, respectful and honorable person who it was our pleasure to meet with and purchase a car. Jonathan was also a considerate and effective business member.
