All though i didn't get a car here i was greeted by claudio he wasn't pushy. He was vary nice and knowledgeable and I recommend him.

Reggie gave me some photos of a few cars for my niece who’s looking. He has been constant genuine and informative and has been not pushy. I am grateful for his time and effort my niece ended up buying a Honda without me elsewhere but I had to leave Reggie a review as he went above and beyond to assist us. I made an appointment to see a used accord they had. I drove from Deltona and was disappointed when I got there and was told it was sold. I spoke to Reggie and he was very apologetic and so nice. I explained I wasn’t in a rush and have been looking for a used cheap car to drive around locally under 10k he was straightforward and started showing me some of their inventory. I didn’t find anything I liked but him! Reggie is sweet straightforward and really listened to me he was not pushy and offered to even help me if I had questions on any other cars I see elsewhere. I mean who does that. He’s truly an asset and it’s because of him I would return to Napleton Orlando. Thanks Reggie!

When the car price dropped from a email notifications i got the next day. I called the dealership two times , it took Niyi 2 hours to call me back and manager almost 3 hours , When I got to the dealership I didn’t feel welcome by manager or any of associates. Manager or sales person didn’t day congratulations to me. I was charge $799 in the loan for AV performance, in which I didn’t get card to use the service, I asked several times to remove that unusable service from the loan it was denied. It’s took 2 hours to get approved on load for 11,694. In actually should be a loan for 1K less about 10,700

Worst dealership added on 6k in taxes on a 14k car and trying to sell me stuff that I didn't want , would not recommend to buy a car there.
