I called in from Connecticut for a used listing I saw on auto trader. Wayne Anthony picked up the phone and immediately greeted me with professionalism and answers to all of my questions. The other places I called to compare the same vehicle on other used lots didn't treat me with half the respect I got from Wayne Anthony. The vehicle was pristine and beyond what I even expected after having this car on my wish list for over a year. The entire process was made very quick and easy by Wayne Anthony and he took care of most everything from an hour away from me, so that when I came down to pick up the car it was basically effortless. Wayne Anthony also called the next day to make sure I had enjoyed my ride home and everything was in order. The car is amazing the price was unbeatable and the service was stress free. Wayne Anthony Also answered the phone every time I called with another question so I felt like I was priority. My boyfriend is considering buying a car from them also after my incredible experience! Thank you!

I purchased my first Audi from Jack Daniels Audi last...

I purchased my first Audi from Jack Daniels Audi last Saturday and Tal is my sales. After visiting so many dealerships for Audi and LandRover, I must say that Tal is the most impressive salesman I've ever met. He's young, enthusastic and highly professional, most importatnly he didn't leave me the impression of the traditional car salesmen that are negatively described on the internet. Rather he's more like a "brand specialist" - just as he's title at Audi - and what he did is focusing on introducing the Audi brand to me rather than just trying to sell me the car. I highly recommend Tal Vander at Jack Daniels Audi!

Arthur did an incredible job introducing me and my...

Arthur did an incredible job introducing me and my fiancé to our new S8 - he literally "made" our buying experience for us as we drove away from the dealership in our new S8 after almost three hours of his tutelage entirely comfortable with all of the new features of our car. I was really nervous buying the S8 as it seemed so complicated and so advanced versus my '07 RS4, and it is, but with Arthur's introduction my fears were all set aside and we drive off entirely prepared for many comfortable and technologically driven road trips ahead!

I want to express how pleased we were with Marie and her customer service. We had a very positive experience and would recommend her to friends and family! She was enthusiastic and knowledgable about the Audi line. She was always in contact with us regarding our special order which exceeded our expectations. We met with Adam Zabrocki, our finance guy, and he was also friendly, thorough and efficient. At the conclusion of our transaction, we were introduced to Arthur Nicholson the dealership tech who was also knowledgeable, friendly and could not have been more helpful in personalizing our Audi Q5. Marie did an amazing job explaining the ins and outs of our Q5 and we were very thankful for the smooth transaction. We Love Marie!! Andrew & Noreen Cacciatore

I have been working with Wayne Fanciullo for about a week...

I have been working with Wayne Fanciullo for about a week on a pre-owned Audi. On 12/28 @ around 12:30pm in a phone conversation I agreed on a trade of $27,000 and the car price of $41,999. At the end of this conversation I said the trade price is fine and I'll be there that afternoon. Wayne has since stated he did not know I was coming but I was very clear about coming and his last comment was "Make sure you ask for Wayne". I remember this because I thought this was an unusual comment since I'd only been working with him and would obviously ask for him. I left my house @1:00 and fought traffic until I arrived @4:30pm(it was a terrible drive). I step out of my car and walked a few steps toward the building and a sales person(I never talked with him before) approaches me without me saying anything and states the car is sold since I didn't have a deposit on it. I would have been more than glad to put a deposit on it but was naive to think since it wasn't requested he would hold the car until I got there. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer(in this case sales manager). End Result of Trip: No car, 274 miles on potential trade-in car, $100 spent for gas/tolls, 7 hrs of time spent in transit. I asked Wayne a number of times as to "Why?" he did what he did but he constantly denied knowing I was coming... not true. Why would anyone travel this far without the dealership knowing they're coming to purchase a car? No one. My read is the salesperson working for Wayne worked out a better deal for the car in question and the car was sold...plain and simple. For a sales manager to sell a car knowing a person was on their way to purchase it tells me something about the dealership - no integrity, unethical, ......... Lessons Learned: 1) Never deal with Wayne Fanciullo at Jack Daniels Audi. 2) If you work out the purchase details on a vehicle over the phone even if the sales person doesn't ask for a deposit make sure you give him one. It has been years since I've been this upset about my treatment as a "customer". During the discussion at the dealership there was never any apology; I'm assuming because they thought everything they did was correct.

I had endured a terrible car accident and Steve made me feel like family! I found the car of my dreams, and my experience with Steve, Wayne Fanciullo and Terence was the icing on the cake ! Found a well cared for car in their inventory, through the web. Bob helped me out through the process of discussions, negotiations, sales and even shipping the car from NJ out to Ohio. He was FANTASTIC at every step of the way. He was immediate with his responses, super friendly and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He definitely went out of his way for me, even came in on his day off, after the sale had been made, to ensure the car was loaded properly on the transport truck. Given the opportunity, ASK FOR Bob Weissburg, you will have a no pressure easy-going experience. Thank you again Bob for everything!

I usually dont write reviews but the customer service and professionalism of Jack Danial Audi impressed me so much that i m here and writing this review. I was there to buy a Used 2010 Audi Q7. I was greeted by Sales executive Wayne Anthony , a true gentleman, who explained the whole process thoroughly and heard carefully any concerns i had about the car. After finalizing everything, Mr Wayne sat with me explained all technological aspect of the car for 20 minutes. He was making sure i know everything about the car before i leave the premises. He arranged an extra key for my car free of charge ($250 value), which was not provided by the previous owner. All and all my experience with Jack Danial Audi was very pleasant and i will definitely go again.
