100% remote process
When our company lease came up for renewal, Kimberly and staff made the release and return process very easy and quick. We identified a replacement then worked remotely on the rest. We didn't need to test drive the car as we love the AUDI A6. Once the paperwork was completed, they delivered the car to us and took back our other. This was by far the easiest transaction we ever experienced. We highly recommend Kimberly and her team.

Has to be the worst service experience in my life. Bring...
Has to be the worst service experience in my life. Bring car in running for repairs, it is with them for 4 days before they even look at it, 2 more days to get price estimate, then another 4 days until they call me back and say they didn't fix it yet because they cant start car now and don't know what happened. Then they don't call for another 5 days, tell me they didn't do anything and it "just stopped working" so I get it towed back to my house. AAA Tow truck driver said that he removes a lot of cars from there that mysteriously "stop working" . They say that didn't do anything to it, but I noticed a bolt from the part they were going to fix was now missing, it was there when I dropped it off. Installing this Cam Shaft Adjuster Valve incorrectly could ruin the engine, which is what they most likely did. Drove it there, towed it home. Not a good service place, poor customer service, and they blame you when the car doesn't run anymore after you brought it in running. Ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. While we are sad to see your experience wasn't 5 stars, we do hope you give us another chance in the future. Usually we do recommend a call to our management team but after researching this a bit further we see you have already discussed this with our management team. While we disagree with your above review pointing the fault at us, we do respect your opinion. We will not post our full side of the story in regards to your 2007 Audi A4 - that was recently sold from a Mazda dealer to Auction, and then you bought from a Rte 46 off brand dealership, which within months of your purchase your personal technician told you to immediately stop driving and take it to an Audi dealership - which you drove to us instead of getting it towed. While we understand your frustration with your recent purchase from another dealership, we hope that you and the internet understand - we didn't break your car. We have been in business with Audi for almost 50 years. We hold our employees to the highest of standards. We hope you soon see that your car died in our lap and not that we broke your car that you were already advised by a third party something major was wrong with it. Thank you for your time and thank you for at least slightly editing the original review which posted blatant slander.

Everyone we worked with at Jack Daniels exceeded our expectations. Our sales rep Gent gave us the best price by far in the NY metro area. We leased our car during COVID and felt safe the entire time. We dealt over the phone, text, and email with only one trip to the dealership. Would totally recommend to anyone!

Worst service experience of my life
Has to be the worst service experience in my life. Bring car in running for repairs, it is with them for 4 days before they even look at it, 2 more days to get price estimate, then another 4 days until they call me back and say they didn't fix it yet because they cant start car now and don't know what happened.
