Looking for the best, go to the BEST

I recently had my Q8 serviced and I couldn't be happier. I was even greeted with a friendly hello and smile before I walked in the door. The exchange with the service advisor was quick and painless. I expressed to them that I didn't need a loaner and was willing to wait. The waiting area itself was clean, well lit, and a perfect safe haven for the hot July sun. I was checked on by a lovely woman named Rocky, who not only asked me if I needed anything, but everyone in the entire waiting area. This environment was quite different from the BMW and Mercedes service departments because it felt warm, inviting, and professional. To top it off, I received a nice video about my vehicle and what was done along with an easy to read summary. Towards the end and to my astonishment, even the service department manager, Blanca, came out to ask how my experience was. This was the icing on the cake because this had never happened to me before unless it was for a complaint. I felt she took the time to get to know me and appreciated my business. I will definitely be coming back for any future service needs! Thanks Paramus Audi Service!

Quick and painless

I recently leased my first Audi from Jack Daniels. Terry Axel made the whole process quick and painless! As we all know, car shopping and be a long and exhausting process. Terry expedited the whole procedure and I ended up with the car of my dreams! Thank you!

Tal Vander & The Amazing Nightcrawler

I have had the pleasure of working with Tal Vander for years (this is the 4th vehicle I've leased from him and 6th all together - I won't go anywhere else). Even though Tal is now the Sales Manager, he continues to work with me and provide the personalized attention that I've come to expect from him as well as Jack Daniels. Most recently, I've worked with The Amazing Nightcrawler (aka Kurt Wagner aka Chris Wagner) and the transition was absolutely seamless. Soon enough, I will lease another vehicle from Jack Daniels and am confident I will receive the same personalized attention I have been for the last 13 years. This is why I've remained a loyal customer and why I refuse to go to another dealership or brand!

Center performed unauthorized repair

Long story short: Got a call from the service adviser after requesting an inspection for drive-train fluid leaks. Diagnostic came back with a transmission pan leak and a rear main seal leak. Transmission fix was quoted around $800 and the rear main seal about $2500. I clearly communicated with the adviser that I will pass on the RMS but want to go forward with the transmission repair. I go to pick the car up and my bill was $3600. They repaired the RMS as well. Although not much help, the adviser neither refused nor denied the details of our conversation and was polite to me, so I will not tag him. I was polite as well. Blanco, the service manager approached me very ignorantly, with poor people management skills, as if they were the victims. This was a very embarrassing situation for me that I certainly did not want to be in. Eventually Blanco offered to take 50% off the additional work. That's a significant amount and I am in no way arguing the value of the work done. It's just a substantial amount of money for a repair I did not authorize. The principle of the manner is the main issue here. It was a slight drip that I would have left alone, as mentioned during the phone call with the adviser. If it was a much smaller issue, I would have just looked past it and paid it. I contacted AoA and they were very concerned, made my issue feel important, and led me to believe they felt something went wrong at the dealer which they were trying to cover up, hence the abnormal 50% off gesture. Although they were not able to help very much and suggested I continue negotiations with the dealer. I tried contacting Blanco yesterday but could not seem to catch her outside of lunch and left a message for her. I will be contacting the GM today and have already began seeking legal assistance.

QUICK AND HONEST WITH NO BS

IF YOUR IN THE MARKET FOR NEW OR USED AUDI, GO SEE A SALESMAN WITH EXPERIENCE AND CARE. TERRY AXEL. FROM START TO FINISH IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING WITH HIM. HAPPY OWNER OF MY SECOND AUDI. JACK DANIELS REPUTATION IS ABOVE THE REST. GO SEE THEM.

This is the the third Audi that I've purchased from Jack Daniels. After many years with Jack Daniel it just seams that BUYING gets easier. From Salesman Lamont Jones, who knew everything that was needed to know about the Audi Brand. Lamont is VERY knowledgeable about the Vehicle. Very good Salesman, takes his time with you to explain what is needed. Understands what the customer needs. My second Salesperson that I've had with Jack Daniels. Lamont is just as good as the others and well suited for the Audi Brand. Lamont Jones is a Very GOOD Salesperson. Dealing with Sales Manager Tim Mickens was a PLEASURE! We had to negotiate a little but very satisfying for BOTH Parties. Jack Daniels didn't lose anything hiring this Gentleman, Tim is VERY Friendly, HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. You cant ask for anything else from a Dealership. Last but not least Farid (fuzz) he was outstanding, their is so many things on this New A 6 2019 that their NO way I could of set everything up. Not only was everything set up, i just have to talk to the car. GREAT TECHNOLOGY!! Without Fuzz i would be still setting up the car. GREAT JOB!! My NEW Audi A 6 is just GREAT, from the ride to the technology i wouldn't buy anything else. From the Sale Room to the Service Dept. Jack Daniels Audi is the BEST !!! Yours truly, Socrated Deliantis

Buying a Car

If you are looking for a salesperson, look for Roddy! He's bold, honest, and very professional at what he does. He works with your numbers and gives you the best buying experience one should have when looking for a car! I will definitely recommend him to anyone!!

Great people and great deals

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Dolly, my sales rep was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgable about the cars and put together a deal that exceeded my expectations. Everyone person that dealt with me from start to finish was professional and made my car buying experience enjoyable.

Awesome experience!!

I saw the car advertised yesterday and contacted by email, got immediate response, car was held for me, was 110% as described, all parts of purchase process smooth and and I drove it home - best day ever!!
