I found my car via cars.com and within minutes I had a test drive set up. I went in the next day and took the car out with manny, who was very nice and went home not thinking I would get the car because it was a little out of my price range. With the help of family I was able to get it the next day. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and patient dealing with all the issues and decisions I had to make. Manny was so nice and attentive to the situation. My brother even said he’s never had such a good experience at a car dealership. Thanks again, Manny!!

Gregg was extremely professional and curtious. It was a pleasure dealing with him during the sales process. We hit a slight snag with regards to the price of the vehicle, but that was no fault of Gregg’s but rather his finance team. At the end the general manager Terrance, came in and made it all right. Overall very happy with the purchase and Gregg as a salesman. especially thankful to Terrance who made it right at the end of the day.

I have been in the market for a new car for a few months and test drove a few cars before walking into Jack Daniels Audi a few weeks back. To start the process I reached out online for the car and offer I was interested in and began the process with David. David was prompt in his emails and very easy to work with to get a test drive set up. Upon arriving David was available and introduced me to Terry who would be assisting me with the test drive (and while I did not know it at the time the sale as well). Terry was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable and communicated the safety, multimedia, really every feature offered on the vehicle. The test drive was very informative and low pressure. After driving the car I knew I had made my decision and Terry was able to quickly get all of the paperwork squared away and I was on my way in no time! I cannot thank Terry enough! I also wanted to mention that every single person I encountered at the dealership was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
