I went to the dealer to buy my first Audi today. I was lucky to have been helped by Andy, he walked me through the process and handled everything quickly. The entire staff was friendly and helpful!

I came into Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus on Monday, I had my eye on the A5 3T Convertible. I walked out with A5 coupe loaded. Our new A5 Coupe was the right choice. He was very knowledgeable and transparent during that process. We are very happy with the high level of customer service from the sales team, everyone was so friendly and polite and welcoming. When it came time to get the car, Lamont sat with us and guided us through all the features in our car, even though it was past the closing time. I found Juan to be very attentive and knowledgeable about the car. He took care of my New York insurance and registration there at the dealership. Afrer the sale he still took care of any questions and problems I had.

I have been working with my salesman Terry Axel for years. He keeps in touch with me even when I am not in the market to buy. Terry takes not only a professional, but a personal interest in me. He is knowledgeable about the features of the cars and always helps guide me to the best choice vehicle. I would not work with anyone else. This dealership and salesman are my number one choice.
