Jack Daniels of Paramus was very helpful with the process of turning in a current leased Audi for a new 2018 Audi A4. As a loyal Audi customer, they were willing to negotiate very reasonable lease terms to take advantage of the Summer of Audi promotional program. I was able to take delivery of a new A4 in the color that I wanted along with the options that make this a special car. They were extremely helpful in explaining all the new technology features that are available with the virtual cockpit and the MMI interface.

He and the sales manager Peter helped us get the exact car we wanted, and at a great price as well. We also worked with Adam when it came time to sign the papers. He was very knowledgeable and transparent during that process. We are very happy with the high level of customer service from the sales team, everyone was so friendly and polite and welcoming. When it came time to get the car, Lamont sat with us and guided us through all the features in our car, even though it was past the closing time. I found Juan to be very attentive and knowledgeable about the car. He took care of my New York insurance and registration there at the dealership. Afrer the sale he still took care of any questions and problems I had.
