I have dealt with multiple Audi dealerships as a Audi brand enthusiast and this was the first dealership where I can confidently recommend to everyone. Terry was very accommodating and attentive to the specifications of what I was looking for in my purchase of a S3; from the price, visual preference, and specs down to the preference of all weather mats. The seamless and hassle free transaction was definitely an added bonus to that enjoyable feeling of driving a your new vehicle out of the lot. I know where I will be going and who to look for when I'm ready for another Audi.

Absolutely Amazing. We started doing business with Jack Daniel Audi about 2.5 years ago. Back then we thought their service was good and everyone was helpful however we would have to say that they have only gotten better with time. We stopped in this April to check our options in getting 2 new vehicles. From the moment we got there everyone was so willing to assist and helpful. Although they were having a busy day they made us feel welcomed and were very attentive. They made buying cars a pleasant experience. They all worked together to ensure that all are request were met. I’ve never seen a manager so involved in helping customers like Terrance the general manager - this man is amazing!! He is so involved, extremely helpful, works with customers and even goes out of his way to make sure customers get what they came in for and then some. They gave me numbers on the phone and stuck to them when I came in. Honest people. Very Friendly too. I had to be somewhere at 7 so they made it happen by speeding up the paperwork. Then they drove the car to my house because I had to drive the one I came in with. I recommend both Tal and Imani.
