Just finalized the lease of a second vehicle from this dealership. Had a very positive experience when we leased an A4 from Imani Murray in 2016. When it was time to replace our SUV, we made sure to visit again. Imani is great to work with, knowledgeable and prompt with follow up. Our situation is a little complicated due to the fact we are both on temporary work visas in the US, but this dealership helped us navigate through the process easily. Certainly recommend for any expats looking for a car while on work assignment.

Just picked up my Audi Q3 at Paramus Audi, so happy! Love it! our sales guy Terry Axel was such a pleasure to work with. He treated us like family, so kind and honest. Explained every detail, the entire process from start to finish was so painless. I was shocked to learn in just a few hours I would leave with my new car! And it doesn’t end there the entire team was amazing, the finance mgr Tal Vander was so wonderful, working with us to get us the best arrangement and very honest and kind! Lastly, two other individuals who helped us and were so wonderful was Dolly who coordinated everything from the very first call, kept me well informed with the appt. and was truly amazing, her name suits her well, what a doll! And sorry didn’t catch the tech guys name but he was so funny and very helpful since I’m not very techy! Purchased a 2018 Q3 from this dealer ship. The salesperson (Terry Axel) and the finance team Tal and Adam did everything to make my purchasing experience easy without any high pressured sales pitch. Would definitely recommend the team.
