My overall experience was a pleasure due to my salesmen Alex O’Connor, Alex was a pleasure to work with & informative throughout the whole process.. On a whole the dealership handled buying a pre owned car professionally & politely. I would recommend the dealership to others.

I've had an Audi since 2009 and came back to return my lease not knowing if I was going to lease with Audi again. I was lucky enough to have Terry Axl as my sales associate. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I also worked with Adam on the financials and he made the process quick and painless. I'm so happy with my new Q3. Audi definitely takes care of their loyal customers!

I just purchased a pre-owned Audi A6. Everyone from the sales rep Manny to the finance manager Adam was friendly, courteous and professional. I paid a fair price for the car and would recommend this dealer to anyone who asked.

I had a horrendous experience with one of the “Audi Brand Specialists”. Over a period of several days, my wife was dealing with Michael Montas (via email, text, and on the phone) regarding a Q5. Michael said he found the one we wanted and forwarded it’s sticker to us. After a lot of back-and-forth, we agreed on a lease and we were told the vehicle would be held for us. A day later, we sent over all paperwork and gave a credit card for the first payment. In our mind this was a done deal and however, the following night, my wife received a text (not even a call) from Michael saying the vehicle was no longer available and “sorry for the inconvenience”. And that was it. Seriously? I performed at my job the way this guy did, I wouldn’t have one. I complained to Terence, who for some reason is the General “Manager” with no managerial skills from what I experienced. Instead of trying to explain what had happened and apologize, he instead, tried to spin my complaint into an opportunity to sell me another car. This guy should only be selling clown cars to clowns because, as a clown, he’d be an expert at meeting their needs. I cannot fathom how a company like Audi can have such bottom-of-the-barrel employees. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Awesome experience getting my new 2018 Q5. Excellent from start to delivery, I definitely will recommend the dealership and the sales staff to my family, friends and colleagues.
