I shopped JD for a Q5 and had a great experience with my salesman, Terry, and the finance department. The only problem was th e price was out of my range so I wound up buying a Lexus.

I just leased a 2018 Audi Q5 and I can't emphasize enough what a positive stress free experience working with this dealership was! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were straightforward, honest and exceptionally responsive. The entire process took less than 2 hours (as compared to some 4 or 5 hour experiences I had at other dealerships in the past). Moreover I LOVE the Q5 it is totally awesome.

Went to pick up my new 2018 Q7 and was told I had to purchase window etching because the dealership requires it for all leased vehicles. When I got home and called Audi USA they said that dealers do not require etching. I called the dealer an requested a refund. The business manager agreed to refund me $200 for the etching charge but, the check never showed. 15 phone calls later, nothing. The dealer was supposed to get me plates but did not get them before the temp registration ran out. After numerous calls and emails they sent another temp plate. Then that one expired and still no plates. Finally after 5 weeks plates arrived but... the registration what for a different vehicle. Can't drive the vehicle w/o a registration. Waiting several for days for a call/email reply back. Still unresolved. The general manger, never returned my calls nor email. Reached out to Audi USA for help. Hoping they can do. Being a 5 time Audi owner doesn't seem to matter.

Mr Ji Kim provide AAA service while i am shopping my new car search. Originally i have place an order with Mercedes Benz AMG GLC 43 back in Jul 2017. as of end of September , my car still not know when it will be completed the production and ready to ship, then i go for another option. I set up an test drive appt with Mr Ji Kim, OMG , the sales service compare between Mercedes Benz and Mr Ji Kim. Its some kind of Heaven VS xxxx. Mr Ji Kim provide me useful, knowledgeable, warmest , helping me pick up a lovely Q7, even they dont have the car i like in stock, However, Mr Ji Kim and his team searching a perfect match for me within 10 mins from other location and i have my car on yesterday 10/2, Finance manager Adam Zabrocki also provide a details explanation on the option car care service and go over all the paper work without any issue Overall, its a pleasurable experience deal with Audi Jack Daniels Paramus, and highly recommend any one would like an Audi. I have NEVER been so poorly treated by anyone in my life than I did by the sales manager at Jack Daniels Audi. I had agreed to terms with the salesman and we had a deal only for the sales manager to come in and tell me the deal wasn't happening. Furthermore, he told me to "get the xxxx" out of the dealership! I was truly blown away by his actions. I would NEVER buy a car from Jack Daniels nor will I have my car serviced there. I will go out of my way to another dealer for service. Buying a new car is supposed to be a happy experience and they totally took the fun out of it.

Efficient. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Chris was awesome. Allowed us to test drive multiple cars, several times. Large inventory of new and used cars. Great experience overall!!!!

Excellent all around experience. Particularly pleased with Tal Vander's help. He's a top notch guy. We did a Euro Delivery on a Q7. He handled it all with authority, all phases of the process went so smoothly. Will go back to him again when it's time for another Audi.

Great advice and tailored a plan including protective paint coating, additional insurance for rims and tire etc. No pressure, very consultative and someone I've trusted for many years.
