I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi A4 at this dealership and because of Terry Axel, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment Terry contacted me to let me know that he was there for my car searching needs every step of the way, I could tell he was sincere and most importantly not pushy at all. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and guided me through the entire process with patience and kindness. The day I picked up my car, he had made sure that my car was impeccable inside and out to the point where I felt like I was driving off the lot in a brand new car. I was interested in a Q7 upon entering the showroom, in May. I wanted to make sure that I fit inside the vehicle, since I am tall. In speaking with Terry he asked if I needed a seven passenger vehicle, I said no and he also asked if I needed a vehicle right away, I also said no. He told me about the Q5 which would be avaiable in July and asked if I could wait until then and I said yes. From then on during our waiting period he answered all of my questions and explained the features. He was very patient with me and I returned with my wife who also was very impressed with Terry and didn't get the typical sales "pitch". Even after receiving the Q5 I still felt that Terry was always avaible for whatever my needs are, now and in the future.

Farid was also amazing and very knowledgeable in explaining all the technical features of our first Audi. Very thorough and patient.
