Micheal from the sales team was very helpful in providing me the details about my vehicle. He was clear in his explanation of features of the Vehicle. He himself provided the details about the small lift gate issue and got it fixed promptly before the purchase.

Every one of these employees are very accommodating and made sure that I was satisfied with the car I wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

What a wonderful experience! My old car was totaled in an accident and I had to scramble to get a new vehicle quickly. Hampstead was the first place I went to. The salesman, Mac, was so pleasant and not pushy AT ALL. The owner, Anthony, was so helpful in all areas from assisting with my insurance company to the financing. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Best car buying experience I have ever had! I left some personal belongings in the rental car I had that Hampstead turned in for me and Mike, a Hampstead employee drove all the way to my area to drop them off. Hampstead goes above and beyond! You will not find a better place to buy a car. Hampstead Pre Owned employees are the best. Everyone is there to help you find a car that works for you and your budget. Went there on a Friday evening to look at a few cars. Tho it was late, we were taken care of like it was the middle of the day. By the time we left, I was driving my new to me car home.

Our car was stolen and of course when something like that happens, it turned our lives upside down!
