Went there on a Friday evening to look at a few cars. Tho it was late, we were taken care of like it was the middle of the day. By the time we left, I was driving my new to me car home.

Our car was stolen and of course when something like that happens, it turned our lives upside down! After working with the police and dealing with the insurance company, our car was found and it was totaled. A friend of ours recommended Hampstead Pre-Owned. She said she just purchased a car there and she loved them! So I went online and found a car that I wanted, put in an online inquiry, and got a very prompt response that the car was there. This was our first time buying a pre-owned vehicle so we had a ton of questions. Everyone at Hampstead Pre-Owned was amazing! Travis, Robert, and Mike made this car buying experience the best we’ve ever had! Brought the car home last night and we love it! Their service department made sure that it was perfect before we drove it off the lot! Mike took excellent care of us yesterday. Top notch customer service! Robert in finance busted his butt to get us the best deal possible! He went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend Hampstead Pre-Owned if you are in the market for a vehicle!

Awesome experience here, maybe the first time I had fun buying a car! Dani, Mike G, and Jason all took care of my family and I as we shopped for a car for my daughter. Have not found a better price anywhere else, and instead of 5 different dealerships, I was able to see several Civics here and make our choice. Super happy!

Initially, I was only doing my shopping online, calling dealers all around my area to determine who had a good price on their vehicles. In search of a RAV4, I found Hampstead to have the best price on not one, but TWO 2015 Rav4s. About 45 minutes away, but absolutely worth it and I am happy to know I got a great deal. My ride had new tires and brakes, and the body was virtually blemish free. The kind of place you can find the right price, and get a high quality car. Transparent every step of the way, happy customer.

I walked out with the exact vehicle I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a family oriented place with excellent deals.

Incredibly friendly staff make the car buying process enjoyable. They provide detailed reports of the cars conditions, repair history, warranties, and more. Definitely recommend this dealership as long as you do your homework on the cars being sold as some of them have more iffy histories. The financing part is where they hit you with extra money and what they tell you upfront isn’t entirely detailed in terms of billing and fees. Bought my car yesterday and I have a good feeling it will last me a long time. It’s worth the price.
