This is the second time we purchased a vehicle from them. We had no problems with the first car, so when we needed another, we went back. Good service, answered our questions patiently. Good cars for descent prices. We would recommend this dealer.

Not very happy with that place we took a car for a ride and didn’t even get 5 minutes up the road and the car started making all kinds of noises. And when we took the car back from the test drive. Another customer was trying to take a car for a test ride but he had to try to hang the front back up before he could even drive the car.

If you’re reading this now do not step on to this lot. These guys are crooks. They should be in jail for fraud. Bought a Nissan in 2024 and less than a year. Transfer case fluid was empty and I ended up paying over 5000 to get it fixed. The Better Business Bureau should shut this place down and make the owners pay everyone back who they screwed over. And just in case you lowlifes are reading this. I hope your car swerves off the road and takes you with it

I hate to even give them 1 star. The salesman is arrogant and can lie with a straight face. I told him it needed to be safe because there will be 3 children in it. He told us nothing was wrong with this suv other than needing tires and an antenna. We wanted to take it to a garage to have it checked out and he said there were no garages open. He said they had it checked over and cleaned before putting it up for sale. Turned out the frame was rusted through enough, that it cracked through and rolled off the road right as my Son was driving onto a 6 lane bridge. One minute later could have taken lives. I will Never trust this dealership again. They need shut down before they cause deaths. We did contact the Ohio Attorney General. (Insurance don't cover this situation)

Dealer did not respond to my inquiry about the Trailblazer SS. This is bad business

Lied about a truck we drove 3+hrs to look at. Trash inventory worse ownership.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They have been sued 15 times and have a F rating through the BBB. We bought an Infinity from here, brought OBD reader and something came up, they stated it was just a sensor and bought us the part; however that is not what was wrong with it at all. After 6 days the car stopped starting at all. We took it to a dealership to check it out and it originally had $6,500 in damages. Now, they have updated us that there is sludge in the engine and is a high chance it also needs a new engine, another $4,000. The warranty refuses to cover anything because they are stating it’s pre-existing issues. This dealership is not helping in any way either. Upon doing some research (that sadly we should have done prior to this purchase) these people have been sued FIFTEEN times for similar issues and they also have an F rating with the BBB for 20 complains in total and have only responded to 18 of them. They 100% know their vehicles have issues and sell them anyways. It’s a scam and I highly recommend going anywhere else and doing extensive research when buying a used car. I would have never thought to look up if they had lawsuits but I definitely will be searching this from now on. Please do not buy from these people!!!!!!!!

I bought a vehicle back in 2019. This place still refuses to remove a lien on the title even though I bought the car in full. I have a Bill of Sale as proof! I never signed a loan agreement or anything! They also sold me the car with the check engine light on, but they had it wrapped in electrical tape and shoved back in the dash board so you couldn’t see it on! This place is nothing but fraud and scam! I’m still working on getting my title for this car! This car is now passed down to my 16 year old and I have my lawyer, the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office trying to get ahold of this “dealership” and the owner Alex with NO response for years! Avoid at all cost!
