Very poor, text and sent messages several times, never

Very poor, text and sent messages several times, never heard back, they are 3 hours away, an all I asked was if the car was still there... Don't go here... waste of time.

Horrible Experience

Where do I start? First, I bought a truck sight unseen except through Facetime (my fault I know), was told some surface rust on vehicle but not bad. Bought vehicle anyway and waited 14 days to receive vehicle from a shipper. Still no title for vehicle as of 2 months later. Failed VA State inspection due to rust on frame and a hole in frame beside steering box. Mechanic told me DO NOT DRIVE THIS VEHICLE! IT IS A DEATH TRAP! When frame breaks, which it will eventually, then all steering is lost. Now I'm left with vehicle I can't drive or registar/title in my name because I have no title. Have sent text, pictures and multiple phone calls, told dealer to call me ASAP and haven't received a call back (over a week ago) Poor service and even worse vehicles!!!!!

RUSTY CARS AND ETHICS

ZERO STARS!!! NO. JUST NO! I have an $8,000 "rusty" boat anchor thanks to Pete and his brother. I flew in to get the Jeep (that looked good in the pictures, concealing the rust), only to be stood up at the airport (they said they would come pick me up). The drive back to the Carolinas took two days because the Jeep I bought overheated every 45 minutes. The transmission started making noises by the time I was 25 minutes away from their shop. I took it to two different mechanics (Ford & Jeep) here in Charlotte, NC> They said head was blown, radiator full of 'stop leak' and rust, trans fluid and engine oil/gas. Brakes were worn out and rotors needed to be totally replaced. Tires needed replacement, shocks need replacement, suspension components rusted to a dangerous condition. Basically, needed everything. Why did I not read these guys reviews before I bought I will never know....and never do again. Based upon the others on here, I am not alone. Please save your self money, time, safety, etc. I am pursuing relief through all legal avenues, BBB, State of Ohio and anything else I can....class action lawsuit anyone? Do not let cheap prices and pretty pictures influence you - these cars are junk, these guys are not ethical.

Very poor signage.

Very poor signage. We arrived at the same time as another couple. The sign in the window said "be back in 10 minutes. We browsed the lot for at least a half hour. When we left the other couple was still waiting. No one from the dealership ever showed up. A long drive from Akron and a waste of time and gas.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Run! Run as fast as you can in any other direction! Purchased the car the 23rd, they didn’t deliver like they were supposed to, so we get there on the 25th and the car is WRECKED! It wasn’t listed on the car fax, and since we trusted cars.com, we had already sent the signed paperwork sight unseen. Well they told us the wrecked car with the drivetrain issues is now our problem. Went on to find 67 open complaints with the Ohio attorney general. And an F rating with the BBB…

Not even worth it.

I have asked multiple times, by email, text, etc. to simply find out if a car was even available or not before driving an hour and a half to see it in person. No one can get back to me. I received an automated email in response to another vehicle there, which came off as incredibly rude as it is, and now that I was trying to find out more information on this car, no one could get back to me. Very poor customer service. I would never buy a car from someone who can’t even take a moment out of their day to let me know whether or not the car is still available. Normally, it’s the other way around of dealerships sending me multiple messages. Why should I have to continuously send messages, only to be ignored? Horrible.

I enjoyed discussing the car we were considering buying

I enjoyed discussing the car we were considering buying with this dealer. I asked for photos of certain areas, and got what I needed to help me decide NOT to buy the car. I would have no problem shopping at this dealership again! Some cars just don't rust well, especially when they are older than ten years old.

Seems like they don't care about a potential customer as I texted the guy that I was told to contact and ask him if I could call him and I got a short text answer of "NO", I ask/text this same guy a couple times to talk to me via email and he never bother to reply. Almost as if I was a nuisance to him. His name was Pete. Wrote them again a couple weeks later and was told to talk to Alex. At least Alex talked to me. I won't buy a car from this business with a salesman with such a bad attitude like Pete has. He wouldn't even talk to me for just a few minutes. I have the cash to buy the Cadillac I was interested in from them but found another Cadillac not far away. Perhaps if I had been treated better they would of had a sale. I was ready to buy it.
