Vehicle not as advertised and dealer lied about 4 wheel drive. Failed to return calls. Piece of crap vehicle with no 4x4 transfer case. Avoid at all costs.

Out of over $7000! Worst car lot ever! Dont go here!!!!! Save your money! Their worthless to say the least! I hope they get shut down.

Was waited on promptly and was allowed all the time I needed to go over the car and test drive. So glad I went there. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I had an initial experience with this dealership of honest, caring sales people. They assured me I was purchasing a quality vehicle. My car arrived today. As soon as I got behind the wheel I knew I had a problem. We now have an appointment at our Volvo dealer as the transmission requires repairs. Not sure of the cost, but disappointed that they stated I was purchasing a quality vehicle. Hopefully I can afford the repairs.

Sold me a 2010 Cadillac srx haven’t been able to drive it since I bought it over a month later the dealer claimed to repair the same part 7 times and each time it still was not repaired. The power steering is still leaking a month later. Not to mention the transmission is leaking and slipping. He promised to fix it but just stopped answering the phone. The car is unsafe to drive and they do not care. This place is a total rip off!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The worst experience with any company I’ve ever had. They are scammers. There cars are junk. The owner told me the car had no issues. Before I even got the car home the check engine light was on, the oil light and a servic rear axle light, all the power steering fluid leaked out, I barely made it. I take it to mechanic and they advised me to take the car back. They told me not only did it have a power steering leak, but also a transmission leak, and coolant. A open recall that warned against even driving. Stuctural damge. The owner assured me he would take care of all problems. After multiple attempts of him claiming he was working on my car then calling me to tell me it was fixed only for me to come pick the car up and not even be able to turn the wheel, all system engine lights still on and no paperwork for repairs like I asked multiple times. He tried sending me away 4 times with a car, that was never repaired. He would even tell me the car was being worked on, not knowing that I came by to check for myself and was looking at the car still parked in the same place I left it 4 days ago, with the keys locked inside. LIE AFTER LIE!!!!! It has been almost a month and I have not been able to even drive the car due to repairs needing done. The business refuses to refund me my money even though they sold me junk and admitted they would make it right. He stopped all correspondence and they just do not care. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. PRIME AUTO SALES SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. . . B.U.Y.E.R.S. B.E.W.A.R.E. ‼️‼️‼️ Sold me a truck Nov.4th, paid cash,transmission went in less than 200miles. Refused me title, refused any accountability ,then stopped communication. I wish I could give zero stars... 78 complaints filed w ATTY GENERAL to date,not including mine recently filed.

Beware they are the worest they lie and and never return your calls they are a bunch of thieves I sent a complaint to the Ohio attorney general to get them on file for false advertisement

I reached out to them about a truck. I never gay any kind of response at all from them. So that tells me they do not care about customers what so ever. I would not buy any thing from them ever. !!!! Bbb.

Sent them a message and never heard back from them, im done waiting and not interested anymore.
