Unorganized and incompetent

Fatah promised me a complete credit for floor mats weeks ago for a incident that involved my daughter waiting all day from 9am to put tint on her car that was advised by servicing would only take two hours, fast forward to 5:30pm when car was actually done. When inquiring no one knew anything and the whole process was a completely unorganized and disappointing. I was advised a credit would be issued for the floor mats as a courtesy for her troubles which has not taken place, when I reached out again after being told this would be resolved a couples days later 2.17.21, nothing happened, no call, no credit or check sent, 2.21.21 followed up with Fatah, no response but read my text message?! I expect what was promised to be delivered and if fatah can’t get this done, someone else needs to get involved who can.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service. No one wants to take responsibility for their mistakes. They will pass you to any and all departments. Finance even admitted that they get sued all the time and that its no big deal. WOW! No loyalty program offered. Worst of the worst and I have plenty experience purchasing new cars. Run as fast as you can.
