Honda Car service

The reason I marked lower on repair service was because my low air pressure gage came on 2 days after service was done. It seems to me it the service was done properly, the tire pressure would not have decreased enough to trigger the gage.

Scam/Liars- $3K hidden fees on every vehicle

We spotted a used CRV online that we were super interested in, so I called and emailed ahead of time to ask about any extra fees beyond taxes (car was listed at $24K, so I asked, is it $24K taxes, or are there any other fees?"). I was told and have email evidence that there were no other fees, just taxes. I also said we were with the military and asked about discounts, the sales rep said we would get $500 discount $1500 on top of a trade in. We were pumped. We made an appointment and showed up, and were immediately greeted at the door by a salesman who said (this was the first thing out of his mouth, not welcome, or hello...), "are you paying cash?". We explained we were checking out a CRV and would discuss financing later, but wanted to see the car and test drive it. He responded, "Oh a used car and you're not sure you're even buying? Those go fast, may not want to waste your time." We responded that we drove an hour and a half out there to see the car, had an appt, and wanted to see it. He said he would get the keys but that another family was there who was very interested was running credit now, so if we weren't serious we may as well leave. I asked the receptionist to have another sales rep and she said she would send someone else over but no one else ever came. We did the test drive with the rude sales rep, loved the car, but as we were approaching the dealership he said, "the other family is in final stages, so its really just a race to see who closes on the car first." He was incredibly pushy. We went back inside and explained we were military and asked about the discount, he said that only applied to new cars, not used. When I showed him my email in which I clearly asked about the used car and military discount, and was told $500 off, he just responded, "yeah, that employee is new, he doesn't know what he is talking about, that isn't right". I said well then someone should have trained him better. He then said the price of the car was $30K with taxes and dealer fees. Again we said, "what?? we were told there were no fees (again showing him the email)". He said every car on the lot has $3K in fees on top of the listing price. We were so disappointed and felt lied to so asked to speak with the manager. This sales rep acted shocked when we wanted to see the manager and said, "what? it's me??". After watching this sales rep and the manager back slap and guffaugh for about 10 minutes in the back office with a giant window looking out, the manager finally came out and apologized that we were given such false info via email and had wasted our time coming out. We told him how the sales rep had been demeaning, disrespectful, and beyond pushy our whole time there and the manager just didn't respond. We left, very dissapointed and misled.

Fast and Friendly

The service was very quick. I did not have an appointment, and I only had to wait an hour. I got the oil changed, and a couple of minor issues with the body of the car. The service was very friendly. I gave this review 5 stars, but only time will tell if the adjustments they did on the body of the car are sufficient. The price if the oil change was comparable to other service centers.

Good sales experience but unable to close a deal

Seyed was great, enjoyed our conversations and his professionalism. They didn’t have the trim level vehicle I was looking for, so I agreed to negotiate on the next trim level up, at the end of the day we were just too far apart. I would recommend this dealership as well as Seyed.

Good experience

The haggle process was the same here as it was with any dealer, so dont expect that they just hand you the keys. But each step was handled with respect and friendliness. I stated what I wanted and they stayed what they wanted and we met in the middle. They also process the paperwork on a computer which makes the finance experience better.

Great place to get your Honda serviced.

I always get great friendly service at Moss Brothers.Very nice clean waiting room, prompt service, I was on my way in about 1 hour. Rick explained the service I needed and what it would cost so no surprises,Thank you!

Rear camera repair

Went in for a back-up camera repair. They couldn't of taken better care of me and fixed the problem in a fast manner. Thank you Moss Bros Honda
