Let me start by saying that car had me the first time I gunned it... We've been wanting a Challenger for years, we were actually just looking to see what you had as far as used. But saw the 2015 Challenger SRT with the Scat Pack.. (husband had to explain what that was) Thanks to our salesperson Jose Watanabe did a great job! The Car is gorgeous and a blast to drive!! Jose and Glen made a great team! Glen did a great job making this car do-able, and brought me to tears (happytears) when he leaned into the car and told me the car was mine!! I love this car and I think I have a permanent smile on my face.. Thanx again!

My dealing with Dennis Shoup was a breathe of fresh air. He found us the Ram Truck we were looking for at a great price. It's great to drive and I think the 1500 Hemi 5.7 will pull our travel trailer well!!!

Recall appointment
I called the DCH service department to make an appointment as it said to do in my recall notice. The girl that helped me said it would take a little longer than the 1/2 hour wait the recall notice advised. I told them I would need to wait for my car but that was ok. When I arrived for my appointment I checked in and was told that it would be about an hour and a half wait for the software updates. I told my service adviser Robert that I was hoping for more like an hour since I had another appointment to get to and he said he would do his best for me. He checked on me a couple of times as I waited in the lounge advising me each time of the status of my car. Approximately 45 minutes after arriving, Robert came in to tell me that my car was ready. I was entirely satisfied with my experience at DCH.

All about the customer experience.
Everyone at DCH was more than friendly and helpful. From my service professional to the guy that offered me a desk at a dealer's office to wrap me niece's birthday presents and the other guys that made small talk. Now normally guys would be this nice to a super cute girl...but that wasn't me at the time ...half awake, towel dried hair and no make up...just genuine attempts to take care of their clients. I even had several people calling over to check on the status of my car so I can get to my niece's house. I first came to DCH because of the in God we trust sign...the girl who first helped took me on a tour to go see it when I told her....I appreciate their service so much I'll happily drive an extra 25 miles to go see them as opposed to the dealership by my house or work.

Today, I took my car for maintenance. As soon as I parked at the service area, Andrew and his co-worker greeted me with a huge smile on their face. They asked what I needed. They took great care of my van. Andrew went above and beyond. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and courteous.

Nice but not knowlegeable
They did a good job selling me a car. But they told me in had features in the car but it didn't. So went back and they told me I would have to pay more to have it put in. Also when I told them to hold my down till Friday. They charged my account the day after. So need to work on teaching their employees to sell the cars correctly. Or they should have to pay for the things the salesmen sell.

Service needs a tune up
Your online reservation system accepts a reservation to take care of a recall, which is just a software update, to be done while the customer waits. When we arrive for the appointment, we are told it will take all day, so we need to be shuttled. I feel bad for the service writers, because they are dealing with the situation like troopers. The system is broke. Someone needs to either deep six online reservations or make it fit reality. The first time I talked to a live body online they had no information about myself or my car. Hire another service writer and let them handle the calls or buy an online system that works.

My car was inducted for service by Miss Daisy Eviota after she did a detailed visual inspection of my vehicle into DCH for a routine oil change. A service indicator appeared on the instrument cluster,. My vehicle care was then transferred to Anthony Mounsey who explained the situation, the issue was identified and the maintenance performed by the dealer sooner than stated along with a detailed cleaning. This is a second purchase from the dealer and all service has been performed at DCH. This dealer knows customer care and service.

Great price, great service and genuine people!
I purchased my Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel in August 2014. Just Love this bad a__ truck! Received the best price around town after a diligent search. The Fleet/ Salesman, Marty, is one of the most honest and straight forward salesman I have met. Recently I brought my truck in for the 7500 mile service and as usual, Chris, one of the service writers was diligent and knew his stuff!. Also the parts department was a great help, as usual, and offered the best price. Again I had the pleasure of speaking with Marty and he immediately fixed an unknown problem of a missing jack. So six months after my purchase they, Marty and DCH, continue to be real and honest. I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them to others. Oh, DCH of Temecula is not the closest Dodge dealer from my home, but it's worth the drive. A++++++
