Broken part on Fog Light Frame

I had a broken part on my Fog Light Frame, took it DCH, Spoke to my Service advisor Chris Bennett (who by the way is the best) He looked at, ordered the part and within a few days it was repaired, with almost no wait time.

New Truck purchase

Had a wonderful sales person made the whole experience GREAT!! From working with the Sales person, to the finance manager everyone was pleasant, professional and able to answer my questions. It is because of this experience that I bought my Ram 1500 Eco-Diesel from DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula. I shopped many Ram dealers as far away as Texas and none had the knowledge that made me feel comfortable with the purchase.

fast friendly service.

I dropped my car off early before the dealer opened, and recieved a call a few hours later to tell me what was going on with my car. Dch Dodge got right to my car even though I didn't have an appointment. I didn't expect to have my car done the same day, but they had it done by close of business that day. Great job on every one at Dch Dodge! Keep up the good work!

In spite of recall issues, outstanding service all around!

I recently had to take in my 2013 Dodge Charger for recall (P60, alternator) service and was quite pleased. The recall was dated in October but parts were not available for resolution until April, so this was frustrating, but Chrysler/Dodge's fault, not DCH's. Once the parts became available, I was contacted to bring in the vehicle and the scheduler was courteous and helpful. The gentleman receiving the car in the service lane was professional and also courteous. The shuttle driver (Mr. Ensign) was friendly, courteous, and professional as well. All around, my experience was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was commendable and the repairs went seemingly as planned. I had a similar exceptional experience two years ago when I purchased the vehicle here. I can easily say that this dealership is the best I've ever used over the decades. Thank you.

Very Dishonest! Shop Elsewhere!

We had been told in an email what our payment would be for an automobile. They already had our social security, etc for running credit. When we went in to pick up the car, lo and behold, our credit rating was too low to qualify for the best rate. I was told that my FICO score from Chrysler was 790 and I needed it to be 810 or over for the best rate. So we ended up with a higher payment. Two weeks later I got a statement from Chrysler showing my FICO score to be 815!!!! So they lied to us!!!! Shop elsewhere, these guys are snakes!

Easiest car purchase

Our salesman Robert was the opposite of what we expected. He was so easy going and helpful. Never once did he push us. He gave us time to talk to each other with no pressure. He totally concentrated on the questions and the vehicles we were looking at. When we told him that we needed time, he told us to take whatever we needed. Then Glenn our Sales Manager was very easy going, he explained the prices and explained what he could do for us. There again was no pressure and we felt we could walk away if we wanted. He never pressured. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to you all for the pleasant experience. This is the first time I purchased a car and did not feel exhausted afterward.

Friendly and Right on...

I have been going to DCH Chrysler for almost 7 years. I own a 2003 Chrysler Voyager and from the first time I entered the parking lot of this dealership, they have kept my vehicle in tip top shape. I have always checked around for pricing and found that for just a little bit more I can get the same service with a company that knows my van the best and use Mopar parts, which I like. They are up on the latest technology on how to keep my machine running. Thank You DCH Chrysler of Temecula...

Service Department

I brought our Jeep in for a recall and also to have the trailer wiring "activated" (requires an ecm reflash) so we could pull our boat. In spite of a miscommunication on my part, the service department (specifically, Mike Casey), was able to quickly resolve the issue and he had my Jeep ready to go within an hour. He was courteous and professional. I have always been skeptical when it comes to service departments and the "promises" that some dealerships make regarding customer satisfaction - but in this case, Mike (and the DCH service department) came through. I can honestly say that I am a satisfied customer. Thank you again, Mike.

Chargermania

Tamanna made it easy to buy my 2014 Dodge Charger. She is knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. In the end, I bought the car of my dreams....I wake up every day excited to drive. The best car buying experience I've ever had!
