The communication while the car was there was phenomenal. Service was quick and thorough. Great job by Robert and the whole DCH team that we worked with! Not only did we get a great deal on a new Durango, but DCH found exactly the vehicle we were looking for (color and accessories), even though they had to bring it in from another dealership. Robert even came in on his day off to make sure everything was perfect for delivery. This is our third vehicle from DCH, but it will NOT be our last.

This was my son's first purchase of a new vehicle working with Marty made this a very special day for me and my son. Eric Foster was a wonderful salesperson to work with. We quickly saw and test drove the vehicle we came to see. The price was very good for a practically new used Ram 1500. We didn't get strung along for hours or treated to a "bait and switch" tactic where we weren't really going to get what we thought we were going to get. Eric was great, friendly, efficient, clear. When the transaction was over, it was past closing time but he went out of his way to show us how to work the special features inside the vehicle. Joanna McKenna, the finance officer, was equally great to work with. She made the less "fun" part of buying a vehicle as painless as possible and was friendly and efficient. We didn't feel confused or misled by anything she explained. We drove an hour from home to get to the dealership, but we're really glad we did. It was worth the drive.
