Prompt and friendly service.

Prompt and friendly service. Russ did a great job of welcoming me into the service department and explaining the planned work. It wasn't a big job but it got done as expected and without any issues. Thats a plus in my book.

REPORT THIS DEALERSHIP TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. They perpetrate BAIT AND SWITCH pricing, advertising online or over the phone a lower price, then they get you into the dealership and add on over 6000.00 of bogus pricing to the cost of any car on their lot. It's all ILLEGAL and needs to be reported to shut these people down. We went in on a used car, they bogusly quoted over 6000.00 on top of the online advertised price when we sat down to make our offer. It's called Bait and Switch, adding on bogus costs to the asking price of the car, when a customer is ready to buy.

I came in for an oil change by making an appointment. It was easy to make the appointment and they took my car in promptly. The service advisor, Russ was very friendly and greeted us right away. The wait was not long and we were informed when our vehicle was ready and they brought it to us.
