I purchased my Honda Fit at this location in 2016.

I purchased my Honda Fit at this location in 2016. I bring it to be service at the same location. Miguel in the service department takes care of my car most of the time. He has good customer service skills .

Purchased my current Honda Civic July 2023.

Purchased my current Honda Civic July 2023. This will be my third Honda that I’ve had throughout years Hondas are great cars, require little maintenance/repairs and drive well. Every time I’ve had to deal with DCH Honda staff, they’ve been very polite and helpful.

I have been bringing my old Pilot and my Fit to this

I have been bringing my old Pilot and my Fit to this dealership for a while. I bypass the clerk who answers the phones. She has been rude, given me wrong information, and seems to think she has answers about service. She has told me that something can’t be done or that the technician can’t help me with something and I’m both cases I learned after talking to a technician that she was wrong. I did send an email after my first time talking to her expressing that I would not have her as the first contact for the dealership. She is rude and doesn’t have good customer service skills. Aside from that, I purchased a new 2025 Pilot and I love the car but it was very dirty inside and out including the engine so I had to request that they wash it a couple of times before taking it home. I was told it must have been parked in a dirt lot. Unfortunately, I had to bring it back a couple of times and I believe it is due to this issue. It’s hard to explain but there was actually a layer of dirt in the back of the car and the end. The first time I brought it in the technician told me they had to replace two filters because they were filthy. I could still smell the mildew after that so they did a cleaning of the AC and that worked. Now the blower for the back seat AC stopped working so they ordered a part and I will be taking it back this week to have that fixed. I have only purchased Honda for 25 years and I am still happy with my Honda despite the issues with this pilot. I will continue to bring my Honda to this dealer because I have had a great experience with the technicians. I feel like they have been honest and they have taken care of the issues I’m having. I hope this will be the last time I have to come back before the next oil change.

Bought my car in July 2023.

Bought my car in July 2023. This is my third Honda and I still think Honda is the greatest. They are the best car as far as having maintenance Issues over the years, and just general care My last Honda was from 2008 to 2023. When the time comes, I will definitely get another Honda.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Customer advisor was helpful. Question was answered. Service price is kind of expensive. Lower it down. They use to have car wash after service. Hope to bring it back. Wish military discount will be applied on top of your little discount. Next time review as I can’t think of anything right now. So far so good. Your auto mechanics are good.
