Service Department

Ease in making appointment, then changing the time. No problem obtaining a loaner care for a few errands. My car service (just normal servicing) was completed in less than the time they suggested. Everyone at the dealer is extremely friendly, low pressure and very helpful. Best Service Department at a dealer that we've ever used. Most of the time the sales people are great, and then you get to the service department and it isn't the same. Kudos to Temecula Acura!

Outstanding Customer Service

Robert at DCH Acura is great he always helps me and my husband with the service and maintenance. Chad also has help me finding parts in a very time efficient matter. James checks my car most of the time he is always nice to me and honest. They always provide us with a loaner and accommodate to our schedules. I will keep buying Acura's because of the service we received. Keep it up DCH Acura Thank you guys outstanding service 5 stars well deserved.

Lorriane help me out a lot and she is so energetic!!! She talked to me about the civic and that it is a good car. However I informed her that I transport cakes. She then informed me about the Fit and it was perfect ! Perfect size trunk to transport my cakes... Brad was also amazing and so friendly and just was a great help!!! I've been to car dealership before and it was a hassle and a lot of pressure. There were no pressure and allowed me to take my time and the transaction went smooth! I'll never ever go to another car dealer again!!! This was enjoyable and stress free and that's how it should be... They were great!!! Thank you Honda and I am enjoying my car and freedom....

I'm a new mom and don't have a lot of time. I love dch temecula because they were doing whatever it takes to get me into a new car! Not only did I get the car I wanted but all staff was very quick and sensible to any need I had! Love my dch I will be coming back very soon!

Do not trust this dealership. You think you should be...

Do not trust this dealership. You think you should be able to trust the dealer you bought your car from but dont. They lied to me about repairs needed. A valve seat does not mean you need a new motor. These guys are thieves, well at least they were with me. Go elsewhere before DCH..

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience. I...

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience. I would rather be eaten alive by a tiger than go through a car buying experience. However, Lorraine and Brad made this THE most painless process I've every experienced. Once Lorraine understood my needs for a car, she worked with Brad to customize exactly what I was looking for. I've never had a dealership actually listen to me. I think all you woman out there can relate to this! Lorraine worked swiftly and efficiently getting my information so when I came in, the process only took 1 to complete the test drive and sign the paperwork. I can't say enough positive things about Lorraine and Brad's professionalism and attention to their clients. I will definately buy my next vehicle from DCH and look forward to working with Lorraine and Brad again!

The best car buying experience I have ever had!

I purchased my new Honda from Brad Johnson and Lorraine Yelton. I have never experienced such an easy carefree experience as I did while dealing with Brad and Lorraine. this is my 3rd car purchased @ DCH.... I drive over from...

this is my 3rd car purchased @ DCH.... I drive over from Hemet and wouldn't go anywhere else! It's obvious this dealership must be a great place to work and EVERYONE is totally accommodating. This will be my 4th Honda and only DCH does the service work for me. I went to the website and previewed the car. I then called and talked w/Kelly (he's a personal friend of mine). He said there was one coming from Ohio by train and it would arrive between 10/13-10/17 and asked if he should put my name on it. I said yes and when he called a few days early, I was thrilled! I never even test drove it.... just signed a bunch of papers and drove home! I am a huge fan of the Honda CRV and DCH Honda! Keep up the good work!
