I've shopped Hondas for a few months and was a complete pain for the dealers. I did not buy one yet for a myriad of reasons. I just want to share what I found out during my shopping odyssey. DCH of Temecula is a cut far, far above the others I actually visited and interacted with online. They were the most professional, competitive, and had the greatest inventory. All dealers vary a great deal, however, I feel DCH was the only one with a consistently winning pattern of business practices across the board from sales, to supply and then the price. If you are a potential buyer I would highly recommend l you check them out first because they are by far the superior dealership in the San Diego area.

We had a great car buying experience. This is the 6th Honda we have purchased/leased and the 2nd time from this dealership. Our initial contact was with Lorraine who was able to work a great deal for us. We also worked with Erin and Andy Prado. The best part about it is the vehicle was delivered to our home. Exceptional customer service and we are very pleased with our brand new CRV. Thanks, DCH for such a great experience. We will defenitely be back again.

Great service as always!
AC blew out on the road! Drove straight to DCH. Must have AC In California, especially during the end of August. Car is nearly 10 years old so its not a surprise that the AC did what it did. The car was taken to repair shop right away and they got the AC running again. Very friendly crew, all of them. Very happy with our customer service and repairs. Temecula DCH always provides the best service!

I was looking for a 2014 Honda Odyssey and they had the...
I was looking for a 2014 Honda Odyssey and they had the make and color I had in stock. They offered a good price with an itemized cost breakdown. They did add a couple accessories I didn't need, but the price was so good that they actually made the car a better deal rather than a worse one. Unfortunately, while they offered to hold it for me I hummed and hawed, and they sold it before I could get it. They offered me the same price on other colors they had in stock, but then rather than pushing gave me a list of dealers in the area that either had the color I wanted, or would be receiving the color I wanted in the next two weeks. He apologized profusely, and went out of his way to make sure that even though I wouldn't be buying a Honda from him, I would be able to buy the Honda I wanted at a fair price in a timely manner. I have never been so happy with a company that didn't end up having what I wanted in stock, but the customer service, even for a non-customer, was truly over the top.

BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!
I've been bringing my car to Acura for service since I purchased my 2010 TL in 2010. Two schools of thought on servicing your vehicle for most people. 1. it's always going to be overpriced, 2. it's better because they know how to work on your car. Well I was of the first school of thought until I started bringing my car to DCH ACURA. These guys are AWESOME! I've had Robert as my service adviser since day one and he has bent over backwards to make sure i'm always receiving the best service and the best rates. The level of service has been a 10 out of a 10. Also the Service Manager Dan and Sales Consultant Jozef are two of the nicest real down to earth people you will ever meet. I wouldn't take my Acura or business anywhere else because of what these individuals have done to make me feel like my business is important. We have decided to purchase a second Acura because of the quality of Acura and the level of service DCH has given us. Thanks guys!

This dealership has worked on my car for 15 years. During that time, the service has been excellent in keeping my 370,000 mile running in tip top condition. The service manager I work with is Rick Reveles and he has made me feel that he cares about as much about my beloved car as I do. His advice has been excellent. Mechanic Cliff Nino has done the work on the car, most recently, a transmission rebuild. His work is flawless.

Routine Service
We have owned Acuras since 1990 and have been going to DCH Acura in Temecula since they first opened. Over the years, we have purchased several Acuras through DCH, as well as all maintenance and service for our cars. The service department (Chad) is OUTSTANDING! Chad is always professional, courteous and very helpful! Our last visit was for a routine oil change and service. Our cars are always returned to us washed - most dealers don't provide this service! We highly recommend DCH Acura!
