Awful services
1.No communication in between waiting was awful. 2.Too long to completed all the necessary paper work. 3.Too many different individuals approched,and try to sell protection plans to us. 4.Most of all we feel that they don't appreciated our business. 5.They took us to counter to pay our down payment,the lady who took payment was very unfriendly, cold person,after trans she never say Thank you. 6.04/06 walked in to DCH around little after 2 pm to purchase Honda. CRV EXL,and get out the store around 9 pm,it was very tired and unpleasant experiences.

Stress free experience
I had an amazing experience at DCH HONDA OF TEMECULA thanks to Mathew Rivera. He did all the work so I didnt have to stress . The whole process was easy and we love our new car .
