Great Customer Service

Came in for my first Oil change. Was very impressed with Russ customer service and the time I waited. Never have I waited 45 minutes for an oil change (always 2+ at other dealers) Hetook care of me and I appreciated that. Thanks Honda DCH you have a forever customer.

Service Adviser, Justin Nelson, is top notch

Purchased both our Hondas at DCH in 2007. Yes they still run great. Over the years I haven't been too pleased with my DCH service dept experiences. As a result I have been using independent mechanics for my service. Recently I needed a repair that I felt would be best handled by a dealership technician. Decided to give DCH another shot. It was night and day in comparison to passed experiences. Justin was friendly and professional. He was not condescending and more than willing to go over the details. He kept me informed via text as to the status of my vehicle. I'm definitely coming back to DCH and my new Service Adviser - Justin Nelson

Good Service

Made an online appt in advance to get an oil change and wiper blade change. 7:45 AM on a Saturday was the earliest I could get - had about an hour and a half wait.

Everyone was so honest and good experience

The service department was friendly and I felt honest. I will only bring my vehicles here for service even the ones that are not Honda’s. Rick and the mechanic roger were awesome.

DO NOT COME HERE

Cece was no help! He was rude and would not work with my needs. He tried to tell me that they did not offer low APR percentages for 2019 Honda civics and gave me an 8% interest rate. Soooo fake. I went to diamond valley Honda in Hemet and got the exact same car with gap and warranty for wayyy less and they were able to give me 4% apr. if I could leave 0 stars I would! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. CECE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

Worst Experience Ever

Where to begin? Bought a 2016 Honda Civic on 3/1/2019, the next day it rained and I noticed one of the back corner windows was leaking water into the passenger area. Checked to make sure all the windows were rolled up, wiped away the water, but more water leaked in with more rain. Called DCH, they said to bring the car in. Did that and they couldn’t find the problem or “replicate the leak” (we had pics and video documentation). At that point I knew I was done with the vehicle. Kept getting calls from sales people saying a manager would get back to me, finally had enough of the run around and drove down to handle things in person. This is where it gets fun...a finance manager named David came over and attacked my credibility and accused me of lying. When I showed him footage of the leak he asked me where I got the video from, it was clearly taken by my iphone. Maybe because I’m a female he thought he could discredit and bully me into keeping the car? I asked for the actual GM, instead David came back out with paperwork to return the car. So I admit I did use the F bomb when talking with him and I shouldn’t have, but I was frustrated. However badgering, bullying, and intimidating a customer to the point of tears is unacceptable. The best part: DCH has a 3 day/300 mile total satisfaction guarantee, I didn’t even need a reason to return the car. Basically David was trying to bully me into keeping the car until the next morning when it would be out of the return window, he said it was so a window guy could asses the problem. Yeah, he had ulterior motives and knew exactly what he was doing. Even though I did get a full refund this matter isn’t resolved yet, I’m supposed to hear from the GM tomorrow. Hopefully someone will take responsibility for selling me a used car with issues and for David’s intimidation attempts to turn it around on me. The way I was treated on the showroom floor is absolutely not ok. Shout out to the front desk, to Rick in services, and to Cody and Chris in sales who were all helpful and kind. I understand the salesmen may not have known about the issue, so I don’t fault him. Thank you to Chris, after all the tears he asked if I was ok and if there was anything he could do to help. Bottom line: buyer beware of this dealer.
