I got there at 6:50 am and was the first person to have a oil change and it took 1 hour and a half witch I thought was a long time. They did wash my car which made happy. But I always feel that when I get the WORKS that I never have to worry for it gets done right and i feel safe.

Constant quality problems
What a brand new Lincoln Aviator for $90,000. Have had nothing but constant computer problems with the dealer on able to duplicate at least 90% of them. I was just locked out of the car because the numbers on the door would not light and allow me to enter after leaving the keys in the car and locking the door with those same buttons. I had to call for my wife who fortunately had her keys with her. I've had countless new cars in my 74 years, and I've never despised One More Than This.

Service writer was very helpful and friendly. Didn't have to wait very long for my car to get serviced. The waiting room is nice and clean, plus the coffee is good.
