Took Focus in for 15k checkup and to fix the worthless transmission. I was told they would call me when it was ready. Waited until 6PM, then I called.... They said it was just finished. When I picked it up, the document said it had an oil leak. I asked why they didn't tell me so I could have had it done then, instead of having to make another appointment. "Sorry, I guess we missed that," was what I got. They didn't put the oil change reminder sticker on the windshield as requested. Called the service manager twice, but no answer and went to voice mail. STILL no return calls after one week. If I hadn't already paid for a service plan, I would never go there again. No more Fords for me, either.
Craig Whitacre is the best service advisor ever! He made a huge issue seem like nothing at all. I would recommend everyone needing service to see him.... Thanks Craig!

I liked that I was fit into a very busy service day and since I waited they took extra effort to get it done quickly. I was also very happy that free wifi... was offered so I was able to get work done while I waited. But what made it truly a great experience was that when I went out to get my car, when I went to turn my paperwork over to the concierge, he noticed my car had not been washed and sent it back to get washed. I took an extra 5 minutes but it was well worth it and showed that at every step along the way your employees are working to make the customer happy.
My service advisor, Janey, was absolutely wonderful. She is kind, personable, helpful, understanding and I think the absolute best! She is a real credit... to your organization.
