Air bag recall
Took my mustang for the air bag recalls , the advisor , Craig, was super helpful, super nice. The technician, Cameron Clerx, super nice dude, took his time to explain to me what he did and was very professional 10/10 would recommend this tech working on ur car

Unbelievable service
I highly recommend this dealership. The service manager Paul Parsons is one in a million. He goes beyond what great service is all about. Pail is always honest, always tends to the needs of the customer. Paul has great people skills, I’ve witnessed some customers be rude, not friendly,, but he maintains his cool and keeps an infectious smile. Paul is an asset beyond words to the Ford team. Dan in service was so helpful.
Dan was always so professional even though I called several times! I was quite annoying changing appointments several times. He was always pleasant and very helpful.

Expert service with fair prices
If you're going in to have your car serviced ask for Paul he is been at the dealership over 10 years and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He does not overcharge you for things that aren't needed and will always let you know when your car is ready. He will have it pulled up and washed before you get there!

You should consider mystery shops for your dealership. Paul is always polite and accommodating but think you could up your game a lot more! Your overall customer service is lacking enthusiasm and a connectedness with the customer from the first phone call to the financial desk. Lots of missed opportunities to provide over the top service!
