Very bad service !!!!! I'm wait just estimate for my work truck over one month I lost jobs....and service manager never answer my phone call never return my missed call...............

I had a 30k mile service on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid.
They were very accommodating and timely with their service. They even compted me a freshly cooked breakfast and Starbucks coffee which was very tasty. Their service report was clear and even noted a known problem with my rear tires needing immediate attention. I already had a replacement scheduled for two days later.

My recent purchase with Tuttle Click is based entirely on my initial phone conversation and subsequent dealership visit with John Pherrin. Mr. Pherrin was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and made me feel comfortable during the entire car purchasing experience. Not only will I return to conduct business with Mr. Pherrin. I will refer family and friends to him as well. Any questions that I presented, he answered with patience and had an impressive knowledge of Ford's.
