Paul is always friendly, knowledgeable. Edgar to make sure I get the best customer care. If Paul cannot answer my question he finds another person to help. Paul then follows up to make everything is taken care of.

Paul is Amazing

I had some trouble with the AC blower in my Fusion. Paul told me ahead of time it would take a few days to fix, so he set me up with a Truck Rental to take care of some weekend projects. I had them take care of an alignment issue and a modem replacement (service bulletin) while they had it. He even gave me a discount on the alignment to bring it in line with what I paid the previous week at the Honda dealership.

They have the best service department

Took my car for service, they provided me transportation to my work. The service price was reasonable and the length of service too. Overall I’m satisfied with Tutle Click Ford service department.

Great service department

My visit was to take care of a recall and an oil change, the people were great and also offered a complimentary car wash. Very pleased

Great experience

From the moment I walked on the lot Jose my salesman made sure I was well taken care of. He went the extra mile to find me the car I wanted, spending time driving from lot to lot until I was happy. The Sales Manager Emiliano made the process quick and painless and the James, the Finance Manager made sure to explain all my options and still get me out the door to make my next appointment on time. While I was in the store, I had already received a call from Johnson King the GM thanking me for my purchase and then he walked over and introduced himself when he found out I was still at the dealership. Great experience, and wow my new 2018 MKZ rides like a dream.

Great service and no pressure.

Great car buying experience. Patrick and Johnson were knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles. Didn’t feel pressured to purchase upgrades I did not need. Definitely recommend them.

I'm never back Ford service........

Very bad service !!!!! I'm wait just estimate for my work truck over one month I lost jobs....and service manager never answer my phone call never return my missed call...............

I had a 30k mile service on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid.

They were very accommodating and timely with their service. They even compted me a freshly cooked breakfast and Starbucks coffee which was very tasty. Their service report was clear and even noted a known problem with my rear tires needing immediate attention. I already had a replacement scheduled for two days later.
