Best car purchase experience ever.
Great experience at Tuttle Click. Friendly staff all around. Sandy Maxwell was/is awesome as my rep making me feel comfortable and not pressured. I particularly appreciated the fact that she dealt mainly with me directly as the buyer (not my husband). My best car shopping experience ever!

Waited for 5 hours as my car sat in the service driveway
My wife's 2013 explorer is having problems with the GPS module. I set up an appointment for 7 AM. I arrived at 7 AM and after several people cut in front of me in line I spoke to Craig about the problem after about a 25 minute wait. He said he would have a tech diagnose the problem and then tell me if it was just a software issue or it needed a new GPS module. I sat in the waiting room until 11 AM when I received an email from Ford saying that I had missed my appointment! I went to talk to Craig and he said he would go see where the car was. 30 minutes later he came back and said the tech was trying to reconfigure the system software and if this did not work he would order a new hardware module which would take two days to arrive but only an hour to install. He said the car would be ready in 20 minutes. About 5 minutes later my car was in the service driveway. Craig was nowhere to be found. I waited until Noon and then went to the cashier to see if I could pay and leave. She went to look for Craig without success. I finally spoke to the service director who handed me my keys and said that nothing had been done to the car while I sat there for 5 hours. He did take my service record and quickly tore it up to destroy any evidence of my visit. I would not go to this dealer as they employ people that lie to your face

Horrible
If I could give negative stars I would. I was promised I wouldn't be charged for my rental since they only got a portion of the order of parts.... then I was REALLY promised no charge once they got all parts and one was defective. I paid them 1400$ to have my car fixed..... AND THEY CHARGED ME $172 EXTRA FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! After contacting my credit card company to fight the charge, Tuttle Click said "I had a rental for 4 days".... yeah, no s**t idiots. John Aird , Service Manager, Promised me a rental, when apart wasn't received, then promised me the extra days due to the parts being defective upon arrival.... AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE RENTAL !!!! Shame on me for not getting this all in writing. But I trusted them. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This makes me sick knowing they won't stand their ground. My family has only driven Ford for as long as I can remember, and I have never had to deal with something like this. We will never come here again.

Easiest, fastest and most enjoyable car experience ever!
Tim took as much time as I wanted during my test drive. He did not pressure me. At time of decision to lease, it was the easiest and most efficient transaction ever. Tim even brought documents to my home. I love my new Lincoln continental. I named him "Matt ". Please take care of Tim, as he has taken very good care of me. I will continue to tell my story and look forward to my first free car wash and coming back in to Tuttle click Lincoln.

Excellent service
The service that Craig Whitacre provided went over and above my expectations. He provided me with updates along the way, allowed me access to a loaner during the duration of the repair and they dropped my car back off to me when it was ready and more importantly, as it fit my work schedule.

2017 C-Max Energi
I recently leased a C-Max from Tuttle Click Ford. Jim Follmer helped with the leased. I would highly recommend him. He wasn't your typical high pressured car salesman. He ran through all my options in regards to buying vs leasing. In addition, he was was very accessible by phone or email to answer any questions I had. He was thorough in going over the car with me too. Very happy with Jim and I'll buy from him again.
