Not a happy experience with a lease buyout

After a good experience leasing this car years ago, when we returned for the lease buyout encountered difficulty. Numerous calls to set a lease buyout appointment went unreturned. finally, our appointment day arrived, we called to confirm, the lease buyout agent was unavailable, because the Dealer's owner's daughter needed assistance we were rescheduled without notice to the following day. We were then asked if we wanted a new lease with no money down for the same payment when we said we'd be interested only hours later to find out it was on one car at Double the monthly payment what a waste of time

It took loooooong time

I left my car on Friday early morning.It’s around 7:30am. I didn’t get a phone call from them on the day. Then, I went there on Saturday around 11:00am. But still my car wasn’t ready. A cashier guy said “Come back around 3:00pm.” So I went back around 4:00pm. Still they didn’t fix my car. I told them that how long I was waiting for my car. Finally, the tech boss checked my car. I waited another 30minutes. Finally I got my car fixed. When I got my key, the tech guy said “just changed the battery.” I have no idea why they took so much time for just changing the battery. Eventually, I waited for my car for 2 days. In the mean time, no one contacted me. I mean no one told me why it took so much time. I can’t beleive and won’t come back again.

Incompetent

Took my Mustang in for a routine issue and what should’ve been a quick fix and they end up having my car for 5 days!!!! The service guy went on vacation and didn’t give my details to anyone else!!! I called numerous times and kept on hold and hung up on.......finally I get the Service Manager who gets the job completed on the 5th day only to get my car back and the issue which they say took all this time to repair is still as bad as the day they received it. Worst service and most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with in the industry!!!! Stay away from this place and go elsewhere.......best decision you will make 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Airbag console light was on

I went to the dealer service for two reasons. One was to find out why my airbag light was on, in the instrument panel. Second, was to find out when I was going to get the replacement of the recalled Takata airbags. I had received a recall notice back in July 2016 and still no new airbags for my 2007 Ford Fusion. I was told by the Tuttle service rep, maybe by June of this year, I would get the notice to come in and get the replacement airbags. In the mean time I find out that the airbag sensors, located in the two front seats were not working and needed to be replaced for $1400. I told the service rep that was too much money and I would think about it. He tried to talk me into having it done, because the seats were already disassembled and it would only take a few minutes to install the new sensors. Once again I said no. After I went home I realized it would have been worst I had said yes, because the recalled Takata airbags would be able to inflate, if I got into an accident. I could be killed by the shrap metal coming out from the airbag! That means if I had done what the service rep wanted me to do, I could end up dead! Who had the better choice? I think I did. If the airbags were already replaced at this time, then it would be wish to replace the airbag sensors. Who at the dealership is looking out for my well being? In the past I survived 4 auto accident with cars that did not have airbags. This was before cars had installed airbags. In fact one of the accidents I survived, was without using seat belts, because it was not required by law. Right now I believe I'm safer driving my car, knowing the airbags will not deploy, if I am involved in an auto accident. Does that make sense?

Good experience buying a car

Jose and James were great Jose did a good job of following up. Not too aggressive but made sure to stay in touch. James was straightforward in finance and made that process easy to go through

Service review

I’ve been buying from ford irvine since 2010 when I got my first car and 2017 my second. The service is really good and fix the car and have never offered me service I didn’t need and has awesome customer service.

Excellent service

I came in for service and to prepare my vehicle for a cross country trip, Craig Whitacre was great. He had my vehicle checked, services up to date, and replaced my tires. My services were done quickly and Craig handled all of my concerns and was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly surprised with the great price he gave me for my tires.
