New car lease escape

James was super helpful, honest with great follow up. He delivered on his word and did not pressure us. He met our needs and will recommend him and Tuttle click.

So easy!!

Buying a new car can be overwhelming. I am happy to say that it was easy peasy at Tuttle Click Ford-Irvine. Our salesperson, Sandy, made it simple. She was helpful and accommodating-couldn't have asked for more. Calvin, the Sales Manager, said he would give us a great deal. And he did-no hassle or haggling necessary. Gianna in Finance was so very nice; not the standard F&I manager. Everyone at the dealership were great! Would I recommend them! Most definitely!! We are happy customers!!

Amazing Experience

Been to dealership 4/5 times as i was little bit confused between Ford Edge and Lincoln MKC. Each time they offered very good service and explained every thing about this car.

Second time - even better than the first

We traded our two Lincoln MKZ's for Continentals. Our experience over the last three years has been great. The team at Tuttle-Click treats us like family. Marcin Jasinski is awesome. Ask for him. You won't be sorry.

My experience was extremely positive as usual!

All the employees, departments are positive, intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, calm and pleasant. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase here! I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else but Tuttle Click Ford / Lincoln in Irvine, as it is by far the best dealership!

Paul is the guy to get it done

I had been to several dealerships since buying the car in 2013. Most dealership service centers don't pay much attention to the specific car you have (ours is a plug in hybrid) and what the needs are for that vehicle. I also have a tendency to actually require that I be treated fairly and at the first sign that isn't happening I'm gone. So for me to have the same service advisor and be with the same dealership for over two years is really a compliment to Paul Parsons. We have had some issues with the car and unlike most service advisors who will try to shuffle you out the door without addressing the issue, Paul has stuck with the issues and seen them through. Nice that he remembers who I am, too!

Poor customer service by internet sales manager

This dealership has horrible customer service. I contacted them about a car and had a bad experience. I would never buy a car here. I have bought a lot of cars and visited many dealerships and this is the bottom of the barrel by far.

Dealership lacks customer service and honestly.

I am a prior customer of Tuttle Click who purchased a Fusion from Jim F seven years ago. My values are such that I believe in being a loyal customer when I am satisfied with my product purchase and have received good service. That being said, I returned to the dealership and contacted Jim F to purchase another Fusion. I was met with an attitude of indifference and an impression that my business was unimportant. During several of our conversations, Jim mentioned how busy the dealership was, that there was a big sale going on, and that it was a holiday weekend. As a result of these remarks, I requested a time-certain meeting so I could test drive the vehicle. I arrived at the scheduled time and Jim passed me off to another salesman, Patrick. This was after waiting a day because Jim indicated he was very busy Saturday afternoon. Patrick was very helpful, but limited in his ability to finalize the purchase. That afternoon I selected a specific vehicle which was available at another dealership. Jim indicated that he had to contact a certain person at that dealership to get it transferred. Sunday passed and no contact was made. Monday passed and no contact was made. When I asked for the name and location of the other dealership, Jim told me a complete lie about who and where it was, I found the dealership in Orange County where I reside rather than Woodlawn Hills as he reported to me. I could go on, but I'll summarize by stating that I bought the vehicle from the other dealer who treated me with dignity and professionalism. I still cannot believe in this day and age, that a salesperson/manager continues to portray the slippery, unethical "car salesman" image that I though was now just a myth. I won't forget this last (and final) experience with Jim F and Tuttle Click

Poor Service

Took Focus in for 15k checkup and to fix the worthless transmission. I was told they would call me when it was ready. Waited until 6PM, then I called. They said it was just finished. When I picked it up, the document said it had an oil leak. I asked why they didn't tell me so I could have had it done then, instead of having to make another appointment. "Sorry, I guess we missed that," was what I got. They didn't put the oil change reminder sticker on the windshield as requested. Called the service manager twice, but no answer and went to voice mail. STILL no return calls after one week. If I hadn't already paid for a service plan, I would never go there again. No more Fords for me, either.
