Mike Towles, my service rep, was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be done with my vehicle. I felt that he was very honest and made me feel comfortable about the whole experience. When I picked up my Escape, it was definitely running better. Overall great experience.

Service completed in timely manner routine & usually takes 1-1 1/2 hrs.. Very pleasant waiting area, well lighted, comfortable lounge chairs & food service available if desired.. Liked the "Woody" Station Wagon in the new car area.
