Amazing Service!

Craig Whitacre is the best service advisor ever! He made a huge issue seem like nothing at all. I would recommend everyone needing service to see him. Thanks Craig!

excellent overall experience at tuttle click ford

Salesman Kevin H. was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Both Kevin and finance person Sha made every effort to provide excellent hospitality and service while ensuring we would leave happy.

Great Service all the way

I liked that I was fit into a very busy service day and since I waited they took extra effort to get it done quickly. I was also very happy that free wifi was offered so I was able to get work done while I waited. But what made it truly a great experience was that when I went out to get my car, when I went to turn my paperwork over to the concierge, he noticed my car had not been washed and sent it back to get washed. I took an extra 5 minutes but it was well worth it and showed that at every step along the way your employees are working to make the customer happy.

My service advisor, Janey, was absolutely wonderful. She is kind, personable, helpful, understanding and I think the absolute best! She is a real credit to your organization.

Overall a good experience

Mike went above and beyond to help us make our purchase. Gianna was also great, she worked with us so we would get the best possible deal on our loan. The atmosphere of the place was pleasant and every one was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We were very happy with our purchase.

Great Experience

Quick Response, processed 2 vehicles in 30 hours including recall work. Communication good, facilities clean, No complaints with dealership. The trend to manage social media buzz by harassing customers "to say something nice" perpetrated by the entire Auto Industry Sucks.

I liked that Paul did what I asked him to do. I however didn't like having to call and get upset to get him to do it.

Excellent experience - great service

Calvin was wonderful! He made the experience of buying a car hassel and stress free. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and all around a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended him and Tuttle-Click.
