Very Nice Service Mananger

Free Coffee! Large picture of Henry Ford on wall. Very comfortable chairs and TV also wifi connection which I did not use.

$4 for a $2 muffin not encouraged to return

2 hours seemed an hour to long for oil and filter, and review of auto, but it did get a free wash.

Felt special

My experience was excellent. Left feeling special. Paul Parsons was friendly and experienced. All the people were pleasent. Was so nice to have a carwash too.

Informative, helpful service staff

Craig Whitaker was very helpful and informative. I asked about the shaky, jerky, noisy transmission and he gave me more information than I had every gotten before.

New escape recall

Timely. I waited for my car and the experience was very pleasant. By the time I finished my coffee, my car was ready.

Great service, clean facility

Service advisor, Janey, was very thorough and contacted me when my vehicle was ready. She had a loaner car ready for me in the morning when I dropped off my car. Overall great service

Great service

It was a great experience. The service was fast and efficient. Paul at the service dept is a great asset to the ford family. He was very considerate, he answered all questions, highly recommend.

Friendly, not rushing you

The salesman was not pushy and he stayed engaged in what I was looking for the entire time. After looking all day for a car, I was tired and grouchy, he kept a smile on his face and did not pressure me to make a decision.
