Worth the wait
Jim Follmer was fantastic to work with and we spent more time setting the features and getting to know all the technology in the car then in either the finance or Jim's office. Definitely the most pleasant experience in purchasing a car.

Great Service
My service advisor, Michael Towle went above and beyond at ensuring that my car got the necessary repairs that were covered under warranty. I'm on a tight budget and car expenses can add up, so I really appreciate that he made the effort to keep my expenses down. He also got my car back go me at my desired time, despite the fact that the repairs were going to take a while (I was on a tight schedule). He followed up with me on a regular basis, so I never had to wonder what was going on with my car.

my service rep Mallory was really great. She got me an appointment right away, ensured I was comfortable during the appointment, and got my car completed quickly. The dealership waiting area was outstanding and very comfortable.

Great service, never pressured to buy
Othman and the entire staff were very professional and helpful. Othman could answer every question I asked about various Ford vehicles and NEVER pressured me into making a decision. Not pressuring me ended up making me want to buy a car from him and Tuttle-Click. I was treated with respect and love my new Ford Escape.

Very good buying experience
From start to finish everything was done professionally and very friendly due in most part to my sales person-Jim Folmer. Thank you very much Jim!
