Amazing Sales Team

I love the sales team.... They are all aways very personalble and understand my needs. They take care of me when I'm there just to service my car to keep our relationship going.... George was wonderful as well as the finace team.

Great Dealership

Mechelle Williams, Internet/Fleet Sales Manager was very welcoming, warm and friendly. She made me feel like a welcomed guest and a VIP. She asked me if I needed my car washed, and it was washed. She offered again to go over any questions I might have about my new car. She took photographs of me and my sister posing in the vintage Woody. We had fun while waiting for a car wash! I feel I can come into the Dealership with ease, and was impressed by all the considerations.

Facility was very clean and very nice.

Started out great, met with John Ruffin who stated he will take care of it and on my invoice the promise time to get back to me was the same day I dropped my car off, well he did not. I had to call the dealership twice spoke with John once then to a Stephanie to check status of my car which you had for 3-4 days already. Then was told they are extremely busy and nobody has looked at my car yet. I called the the service manager Dan Smith twice and still havent received a call back, then I called Tony, who apprantly is higher then the manager and he set me up with Paul Parsons who was GREAT, called me each day and explained what was going on with my car, giving me updates. Took 12 days for my car to get diagnosed and repaired. I'm giving an excellent rating becuase Paul Parsons was, not anyone else!

Great Service and Friendly Staff

John R. the Fleet Service Manager was very attentive to my needs. He was very friendly and explained the services I needed in detail. Also, the cashier (not sure of his first name but last name is Stahl) is super friendly and quick to get you checked out. I see a lot of the same staff every time I get my vehicle serviced which makes me think you must be treating your employees well.

Fast and quality service

Great experience. Got me in with short notice on same day for the engine wiring harness recall on my focus st. Solved all of my problems and car runs better than new now. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and friendly.

Competent and courteous

Although I showed up without an appointment because my life has been complicated lately, the service representative treated me with all the kindness, respect and priority of a customer that takes the time to make an appointment and show up for it. Also, it did not escape my notice that the staff that was running the coffee shop was extremely courteous and responsive.

Great Sales team, professional & nice facility

The entire staff from the General Manager to the Receptionist are very friendly and professional. My Sales Tim is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to go over all the bells and whistles with me showed me how to program the console. This is my 5th Ford, and I love my new Explorer. I highly recommend Tuttle Click Ford they stand out most and go Above & Beyond to ensure your experience with Ford is a good one.

Awesome Experience

Brandon was perfect to deal with. He was professional but not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and diesels in general. It was nice to have someone that new his product.

Great customer service, friendly and experienced

John Rufino, Dean Dedes, Patrick Rice and your finance department were awesome. Your staff is very professional, friendly and experienced. All questions were answered and they were very patient. They walked us thru the entire process.

Service car done and customer service great

All our questions and requests were answered. Janey in Service Dept was terrific and kept us informed during our repair. We are repeat customers here as well.
