Outstanding Experience!!!

Rex was outstanding , he knew everything about the car and made the sale very enjoyable! Great personality. Calvin was a joy in finance. He did a superior job! I have bought many cars and by far this was the easiest and fastest!! Am very happy and will come back to Tuttle-Click for all my needs.

Great sales, good service but stop bugging me.

Very happy with sales end of your business but I am very disturbed about your follow-up for service. I get emails, phone calls and letters regarding service on 2010 and 2013 Fusion models I no longer have, What a waste of money and time.

I thought the sales reps were great- not too pushy- knew all about each car- the finance guy was great and quick.

Great service, friendly staff

The service manager, Mike, explained everything to me in detail and was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back to him the next time I bring my Escape in for service.

Great service, eexcellent service advisor, AAA+

Upon arrival at you're dealership, I was greeted by the Service Advisor, Sarah Swintek, who I was thoroughly impressed with. She listened to my concerns and advised me as to the process of how things would happen. Coming from a service background myself, I felt assured that she would follow up with me and she did! Service

I came into dealership with no appointment for service. I was met by a friendly person at service desk. I requested my car be ready by noon, and it was. There was a friendly shuttled drive who took me to work and picked me up, with a cheery attitude. My car was washed and ready to go, thank you.

Excellent experience at Tuttle Click

Mr. Brandon Jacobson was patient to walk out and welcome us. He explained every detail which we asked. The Financial Manager Mr. Calvin Auyeung did the same way to us. That was a 100% satisfactory experience.

Good service and good support after the buy

Sales person allowed me to tell him what I wanted and worked on that, no pressure to buy something else that he had in stock.
