Service Dept Review
Your service department still needs some serious attention. The problem this time is my oil was changed while you had my car for 3 weeks to correct a recall. The tech never reset the maintenance alarm so that went off about 3 weeks after my recall work. I took the Escape back in to the service dept to have that reset. Then a week after that I get an email and voicemail that I'm due for my routine maintenance. Sheesh, get organized.

Replaced Fuel Pump on Lincoln Town Car
Service was excellent, But expensive for the part and labor. To replace a Fuel pump for over $1000.

Excellent facility and service
My Fusion needed an oil change and a recall service and Paul Parsons my service advisor scheduled a convenient appt. for me. Arrived for apt on time details reviewed, and Paul identified another recall work to be done and committed to get done right and on time. Waited for car at the nice facility with wifi, completed work projects while waiting and the car was serviced and completed right and on time.
