Fast service

I took my 2014 Fusion for its 1st service. It was done in about 1 hour & they washed the car. I was very pleased!

HEALTH CARE/

With the new face look of the dealership it is very presentable. The state of arts designed is excellent .. Very comfortable waiting area. Friendly atmosphere. But the only made me sad I don't see the same employees who are so very professional, courteous and always acknowledge their customer.. But over all, I like the dealership and employees.. Thank you so very much for the good quality of services that I always receive and most of all I would like to give a very good positive commendation to a very young man who take care of my car who washed and make sure my outside appearance of my car look very clean , you should keep him because he is very respectful and courteous . Overall, I will advertise your dealership to others... Thank you and more power to Tuttle Click ..

Great service and friendly atmosphere.

As always, the staff is helpful, courteous, and very friendly. They go out of their way to assist in everything, perhaps just say "good morning", or even chat awhile. This is the kind of "family" atmosphere I have come to expect from Lincoln. Before I moved here 3 years ago in November, I had a 15 year relationship with Heritage Lincoln-Mercury in Syracuse, NY. Last year I was visiting Syracuse, and one of the stops in my very full schedule of essential appointments, as well as lunches/dinners with friends, was to stop in at Heritage and see "everyone". (The staff has a high percentage of "staying power" with the dealership.) I felt like a cousin coming back to a family reunion! This atmosphere, along with professional expertise, is a very important influence on "staying" with a dealer. Keep up the good work, Tuttle-Click, and Tim McCormack, in particular!!

The Best Service Without Question

Hello, I would like to share a little about my recent experience with the Tuttle-Click Ford service department CRAIG WHITACRE on Saturday, August 16. I own a 2010 Fusion Hybrid and brought the car to your dealership because you offer Saturday service and because of your convenient location to my parents that live in Laguna Woods Village. I made my service appointment through your on-line service and was contacted the same day by Mr. Whitacre to confirm my appointment and requested service. Later that day, Mr. Whitacre contacted me to give me an update on my vehicle and made some recommendations. I never felt pressured and never felt like he was wanting to add additional items that was going to impact my wallet. When my vehicle was finished, he contacted me and later reviewed the service that was done and answered all of my questions. Every dealership makes you feel valued, but Mr. Whitacre made me feel like Tuttle-Click Ford's service department was one that I could trust and have confidence in because some of the items he recommended were minimal in cost, but would save me a great deal of money in the future. Your service department mechanics were even able to fix a problem TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor) that was never able to be correctly diagnosed and repaired by three other dealership (Jim Burke Ford, Sunrise Ford, and Charlon Ford). It was just something I learned to live with because other facilities could not fix it and I did not want to devote the time, energy, and effort to it because it did not affect the vehicle's performance. The long and short of this message is to say "THANK YOU" to Craig Whitacre and the mechanics who gave such care to my vehicle.
