Service good. My service advisor Michael Towles was professional and competent. My car took longer to service than promised but Michael did all he could to speed things along.

Great employees

I love the new waiting area. One thing you need are electrical outlets to charge cell phones or I-pads. Other then that the waiting experience was great. Also, not this time but last time your mechanic forgot to tighten the screw on the oil pan and it was leaking. A quick tightening of the screw by me fixed it.

7500 mile check

Excellent service beginning at intake (Jane) and the shuttle service. Car was ready in timely manner with no problem picking it up. Nice work.

Knowledgeable, efficient, courteous

Enjoy bringing in my car for service. Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous. Waiting area is quite/comfortable. You receive progress updates regularly. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service.

The sixty mile service improved the car's performance. I am happy with that. What I am most unhappy about is your courtesy car pickup at my home. The car was ready at 4:15 pm when I requested a pickup. I was told your driver would call me. At 5:30 I called to find out when I would be picked up. I was told the driver would call. That happened 30 minutes later. I told him to forget it because my my daughter had called from Laguna Niguel and offered to drive over and take me to you dealership and was on her way. This is not what I call customer service. John Querido

Courteous staff, timely service.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. I needed to get to a meeting and needed to know if service would be done by certain time to decide whether I should wait or leave it and pick up later. They showed me where shuttle sign in was, times it ran and kept me informed of the service progress. They got the service done quickly, even got a car wash and was able to leave in time to make the meeting with my vehicle.
