AutoNation INFINITI Tustin

I bought a used Ram truck w/ 4000 miles on it. It was damaged in the detail shop after I paid for at the dealership. The dealer used a touch up guy to do repairs. It was awful. It had to go back to a body shop which did a half xxx job redoing the other repairs. The lack of detail and attention by the managers to notice this awful work, they had a $70,000 truck that I paid for for over 3 weeks trying to fix the damage. I drove 3 times to dealer which was over 1.5 hours from my home each way. I was more than frustrated. General manager never returned calls. Left voice mails. Lack of caring about customer is what that showed.

Infiniti @ Tustin Auto Center did a great job on servicing my QX4. Service adviser Gabriel was also great.

I have taken my last four vehicles (which were also purchased here) to this service department. The staff are very friendly and professional. My Q50 was due for routine maintenance on December 2st and I waited in the center for my vehicle to be done. As in all my visits since 2003, my car was done in the time Frank quoted and was also washed while I waited. The lobby was relaxing and very clean and beautifully decorated. I am a fan.

Frank at Infiniti auto center of Tustin always gives excellent service. David their mechanic does excellent work.

Ghobrial and everyone at Infiniti were super kind and professional. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to get a car in the current super-inflated auto market and had been to several dealerships over the course of two weeks. Everything was ridiculously marked up and I couldn’t help but feel like every dealership was trying to bend me over and not willing to budge on the numbers without giving me some insane terms, including the place I got my last car (not much of a “loyalty” program). These guys did not. They gave me a fair deal with reasonable terms on a really nice car. I’m very grateful to them and they exemplified customer service.

I was so happy with service department. Gabriel was so helpful. Overall I was happy.

Mo and credit manager were great. Had a dent on front hood. Trying to get it taken care of, but wait is two weeks. Also did not get owner’s manual
