They sold me a defect car , and when I call Fred from The finance department doesn't even answer or return my phone calls. my car still under the dealer warranty. I went there and he said to me he was going to talk to general manager,and he will call me 📞 next day . Until now iam still waiting.also it has been over a month waiting for the lincese plate too. So I wonder. Do you think I should refer a friend to this dealer? I don't think so.

The associates were great and helped as much as possible. The wait time tho was long. The car was cleaned well but the seat belts are very dirty.

They (Sara) added $1800 into the price of the used ford truck we purchased. There was no mention to us about gap insurance, nor was there anything spoken about little stickers that cost $599 and called theft deterrent, please dont buy a car from here, you are guaranteed to be burned.

Gabriel and the entire service staff exceeded my expectations when I dropped off my 2020 QX60 for an oil change and point inspection. The work was done promptly, the car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. This is my fourth Infiniti, and I have always had them serviced at Auto Nation Infiniti Tustin.
