Love Raychel!!! Let me begin by saying my Jim Ellis Maserati experience was amazing. My new car salesperson was Raychel Castro. I called Rachel at 6:45 to see if I could swing by and take a look at a vehicle. Mind you, the dealership closes at 7:00. I arrived at 6:50 and Raychel and all her amazing energy were waiting at the door with a huge smile. I stopped by to look at a “used other name vehicle” and walked out with a brand new Maserati! She was so patient and never pressured me to make a purchase. She is my new best friend. I will definitely send all my friends to her for their purchases. Can’t wait to hang out with her in my new whip!!! A few other amazing Jim Ellis Maserati people: Kapleton in Finance had me in and out in no time! He was very honest and upfront about all my add-ons!
