I have been with DCH Toyota of Oxnard for many years for the services of my Avalon. Staffs are friendly. They have recommended what should be repaired in my car but not given me pressure to have it fixed. Their service charges have been reasonable and better than any other Toyota dealers in the county. Part Department has sent out good discount coupons.

Ordering a product
DCH Oxnard Toyota, Been and still waiting for a Dash cover I ordered for a friend's Tacoma. They said 7 - 10 days, I waited for 2 weeks before calling to see if maybe it was in. The person answering the phone said it was not in but the person who ordered it would call me back the next day. (he was off work that day) I didn't get a call, so I called back and he said probably next week. Week 3. Checked in on Friday of week three after no phone call. They said middle of next week and they would call me. Today is Friday, end of week 4. Since I still didn't get a call, I called back and he said they get a shipment in at 6 pm and he'd give me a call. (today) We'll see if I get a call, it's only been 4 weeks now.

Recently had my car get regular service here
I made an appointment the day before and got my car dropped off the next day on time. I took a little longer than I planned ( responsibilities at work ) to pick it up but I found that Bob ( 'The Mule' ) was on point, he called me when it was ready which is incredibly helpful and allowed me to get a ride from a coworker to pick up my car on my lunch break. Fast accurate and responsive. Those are things I value

Pleasant time at a dealership?
They were all pleasant and very attentive. I went in for a 60,000 miles service and it did not take long at all. They even offered me coffee and cookies . Two thumbs up

Jasmine was my customer service representative and did a marvelous job, especially when I did not know I would have to be there for four hours. Lunch was provided, then I was whisked away to my home, where I finished alot of paper work and came back to my car. Future visits were scheduled and financing was arranged. What a perfect way to end the day! When you go to DCH of Oxnard, you get things done!!!!

Unusual experience( I hope)
I took my 2013 Prius in for its second ever routine service and my car came out with a ding in the door. One employee went to get his manager, Chris, who was very nice about the whole thing and immediately sent it back to see how much damage could be polished out. That helped a good amount. He then told me they would put me in contact with a mobile ding repair man. The ding repair man contacted me within 1 hour after leaving DCH. He was able to come to my place of work 3 days later and he did a nice job of fixing the ding but there is a trace of the original damage. I can live with that however. Everyone was really nice and prompt and I know accidents do happen. It just seemed like the last place for damage to occur.
