Ask for jasmine!!! I've had a Toyota my whole life and I have been to numerous locations including this one before. However, Jasmine's customer service was just fantastic. She was honest, quick and very helpful. Easily the best sales associate at this location.

Loved it
Stephen Corona was the best. He deceived everything in detail and made me feel at home. I wish I could have his service each time I return from now on, that's how amazing his is at his job. I will recommend anyone to come to DCH Toyota of Oxnard.

Great customer service
Jazmin was so helpful and when my car wasn't ready at the end of the day, she and Ervin made it possible for me to use a 2015 Camry. I had to pick up 4 friends for a dinner that night and they all remarked how being driven in a nice, brand new car made the evening even more special.

Went to have our 2013 Sienna serviced and ended up also buying a 2014 Rav4. Quick easy and the numbers were good. Adam was there and he wasn't pushy, you know. We actually didn't feel like someone breathing down your kneck.

New Car Purchase
I cannot say enough good things about my awesome buying experience with Dean Goldfarb at DCH Toyota of Oxnard. I had my 2 yr. old daughter with me, who has been battling with teething pain this week as her 2 yr. molars are coming in, and throughout the experience, Dean helped to keep my daughter distracted and happy while I filled out paperwork, read and signed documents, and then transferred belongings from my trade-in to my brand new Prius V. At one point, while I tried to make an important phone call to my husband to discuss the purchase, Dean took my daughter on a walk around the showroom so that I could talk to my husband. He fought to get me the lowest monthly payment possible, and maintained a very welcoming, relaxed and affable demeanor the entire time. Don't hesitate to ask for Dean Goldfarb when you go to DCH Toyota of Oxnard!

Caring salesperson
I went to Toyota to test drive a car as a I received the opportunity for a $100 Visa card. I test drove the 2015 Prius and had no intention of making a purchase. I had the pleasure of dealing with Luis Estrada who is not your typical salesperson. Had it not been for his caring and gentle approach I would have walked away with my gift card. He took the time to brainstorm the best scenario for me and did not pressure me in the least. I do not typically care to deal with salespeople, however I will surely refer other people to him and continue to do business with Luis in the future.

Class Act
I've been taking my car to Toyota of Oxnard for its scheduled maintenance needs for over twenty years. Overall, my experience over that long period of time has been great without incident or reasons for concern (Thank you, Bob Cobos). Based on my positive experience and desire to upgrade to another Toyota, I figured I'd begin my search with the people that have served me well for so many years. Needless to say, my search ended here. Could I have found a better deal elsewhere? Maybe. With nerves of steel, trying patience and a lot of haggling, who knows? Anything's possible if that's the route one wants to take. Now, do I believe that I got a good deal? Yes, absolutely, and it was a good buying experience to boot. I left the dealer pleasantly satisfied and woke up the following morning without that dreaded feeling of buyer's remorse. Quite the opposite - it was a pleasure and the people at this establishment are deserving of my business. Many thanks to Luis Estrada and Christian for their help and high level of service. It's greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service
I can not say enough good things about Toyota of Oxnard. Their service is always top notch and will always take my suv there. I didn't buy my Rave4 there but because of their service when I buy a new car it will be here. Jasmine always takes that extra step to make sure everything every thing is taken care of in a professional yet personably manner, Her customer service is why I keep coming back.
